Buddy Team developing 3rd party tool for Diablo III

I am sure they will be adding stuff that other bots already have + more to make it the best bot available. they aren't stupid, I am sure they know what most people want already. and pricing is completely up to them, not to us. it's their work ... let them charge what they want. the only option we get is if we want to pay for it or not.

 

and yes it should be stated for the people with lifetime subs lol. Its not like NONE of these people working on this bot are from honorbuddy its not even close to a completely third party to my understanding of seeing who it is posting about it as someone working on it. I myself have over 24 sessions of LIFETIME honorbuddy and have been on these forums for quite a while. Not saying its not understandable at all to stilll charge something but if it is the people that have been developers of the bot paid for here I dont understand why it is so third party. If anything throw the new people enlisted as helping create this some money their way for working on it and keep it inside the honorbuddy family that has a name for itself made.

Just not looking to get sucked into it and drop another $500~ on lifetime sessions for something that is being produced by even some of the staff that created what I paid for already.

Yes can someone explain exactly what you mean by third-party? So Bosslands/Hawker/Apoc are not involved or? A little vague.

I don't really understand why some HB users expect a discount for this. It is a different product. Based on how HB compared to other bots, I'm sure DB will be better than whats out there for Diablo 3. If you don't like that you will have to pay for this after purchasing HB, don't buy it. I think they priced HB pretty reasonably and expect they will do the same for DB. Keep up the good work devs, looking forward to DB!

 

Any info on what seems to work well with the bot? I'm thinking about classes.
Seems you're pretty far with the bot, and got some decent D3 knowledge.. so just like paladins do really well with honorbuddy, are you experiencing the same thing in D3? Seeing how squishy Demon Hunters are and how much micro management (kiting, stutterstep micro) they require, is something like a monk or barbarian with good damage and survivability the safest way to go?

It would be awesome to get a little hint in advance so that I can prepare an account and class for the bot! ^_^

1st party = the one who developed the game.
2nd party = you, paying for the game.

1st: game devs
2nd: you
3rd: bossland gmbh

same here, even owning the unlimited license from the early sells, i can not await demonbuddy to be released / public beta,

Yeah, last time I checked I bought a Lifetime sub for Honorbuddy... Not Honorbuddyandanythingelsetheyevercomeoutwith...

 

I'm looking forward to the bot. I'm bored of Diablo but i love to bot. I have used a ton of wow bots and Honorbuddy was by far the best in my opinion. The community is also great.

So yes I will be buying the bot and supporting this group. Hoping they continue to make bots for games in the future. Has to be worth it to them also.

Not to mention i feel bad for the mods/dev having to answer the same questions for 46 pages now.

 

Warden is out now, im sure everyone knows. I no longer trust any bot out there so I will stop botting until Demonbuddy is released. I was using Immortal before and their forums are iffy as hell (people get hacked, scamming etc) and I heard their method of injecting into the game is very easy to detect. Screw it, I'll save my accounts and wait for DB.

Only ones I trust for security on that level is HB team.

 

When something has no release date. You might as well not check daily. More like weeks later or even a month.

 

On a post made yesterday (I believe it was by Tony) it said the D3 bot won't be released for another 1-2 months (note: this was in a different thread), so yea.

 

i was using "the other bot" as well, but now I have stopped using it.
Waiting for Demonbuddy, feel safer.
