If quest line gets off track somehow, does anyone have any recommendations of getting it back on track?

The profiles are not 'filled out' for all classes yet. Many of the quests it tries to pick up are gated by class quests that are not (yet) addressed by the profile for your particular class. I've run into this problem several times, most recently with the Sith Juggernaut on DK.

Try running your class quest manually, and see if it opens the gate for the quest the profile is trying to pick up.

      Good luck,
      cj

hey CJ! nice to see you posting!

this is correct; i've only verified Agent to be working ... the others I haven't touched - as i'm busy fixing/verifying the 1-40? empire dark and developing what's not there

if people want to run it and give me code corrections - use the non-supported kicks profiles thread... as that's the only thread that I check (i checked this bc CJ posted :) )

Was there supposed to be a link here for:

      5/15/2012 - 0.1.776.217

      Code:

Updates for build 907767 Added IgnoreQuestRelation attribute to UseObject. This is similar to using QuestId="1" Fixed nullref for FrameLock.Dispose(). Executor should be set at all times. No idea why it isn't. Mounting should actually happen now. The behavior itself was commented out by accident. WingIt - Removed nonsense GetBuff/GetDebuff from Helpers.cs. The API already exists on TorCharacter itself. Added GetBuffStacks/GetDebuffStacks

? Or not yet? I would actually love being able to test this further but it's hard with the bot stopping after every object use.

Once we've updated it to work with the latest patch, yes. :)

Maybe you'll fix the "Use Object" problem while you're at it? :)

If it were me, I'd assume any patch would change at least one important offset (and perhaps several). The bot may appear to work correctly, but being a conservative person, I assume using an 'old' bot might lead to unwanted detection by BioWare. Not saying it is, just saying that without further information, its prudent to assume the risk level has increased.

Do as you will, but I'm laying low on BuddyWing botting until I see it get an update or the 'all clear' signal from the development team. I know downtime is a drag, but no sense in needlessly risking accounts.

Since this is a beta, I assume the development focus may be on 'making things work' at the moment instead of 'making sure things are safe'. Just sitting tight until someone in the know can confirm something, miself.

      just my 2 credits,

It wasn't a client patch, you're good to go. Oh by the way, did kick have a rant about use object somewhere?

Correct. There was a client update today and we're in the process of updating the bot for the latest patch.

With so much going on. Honor buddy, new diablo3 bot. Wanting/needing of swtor dying. And the mention of swtor being one of hardest games to create bot for. I would think prolly not number 1 priority. I might be wrong, just my thoughts.

I would say just wait, be patient. Not like we have paid for it yet.
I got faith will be going before know it.

For me Im still enjoying game somewhat so not in "must bot now!" Mode.

Keep up good work Buddy crew!
