I'm not sure if remote assist can provide help except for check on my settings, and if the settings can get me kicked off every session, than I guess it won't hurt to take a look at

My druid was leveled with questing bot, using kick's profiles, and is currently healing HoT heroics. It was done in approximately 4-5 days. I was spec'd as feral bear, and I used Iloveanimals (Singular version, not standalone). I had no issues while leveling except when I tried to level as cat. So, I'm not sure what the issues are, but I had none. My druid is only about a month old, if that old.

Just sayin'...

 

Yes I hear, or rather read, what you guys are saying, or rather typing. But if the wrong is on my end, I need to know what to do to fix it. Thats the reason why we provide log, right?
As I had stated before, if there's something I need to change in my settings, than I need to know which setting it is I need to change..........

 

Simple answer to a simple question here 'what world am i living in?' straight of the bat what's the first thing you do to begin a new city? is it run power? run water? gas maybe? wait no you start with some basic infistructure not a bloody computer. as for houses havnt changed much in 100 years well thats because houses have been perfected over 1000's of years where as computers are a new technology. As for the computing industry doubling every 18 months im not debating that at all however without the construction industry computers would be no longer be worth anything. Construction will be the base for any city until computers can do it all by themselves which i dont see happening for a few hundred years atleast and even then someone along the lines there will still always be a construction industry no matter how advanced computers get.

The simple fact is all your doing is arguing a point that you think computers/programmers are different then the rest of the world and therefore shouldnt at least try to follow their predecessors. That goes to show many things about you as a person and the circle of social life you choose to be around. Maybe next time you leave your room you might just think hmmm if a computer jumped off a bridge should I? OR should i do as my predecessors did and realise that NOT jumping is a better idea?

Sorry bout all the spelling mistakes for those who are reading this but I cant stand people who are utterly clueless because they live inside a computer. My entire statement orginially was saying that this last update of hb is horrible and broke several things that where working brilliantly and then we where told about the releases coming etc etc and then BAM 2 release dates later still no fix for the basic issues however they are using ALOT of man power to work on DB where as they could take(as theoneressy said) 1 person to do the basic updates to ensure the core of the bot stays working fine but they dont i was simply offering an idea, I would help if I could do that but I cant so I thought advice would be the best way to go but this other mo*on thinks otherwise and decides to argue with me about it. Anyways hope to have a release soon as its really got some issues that need fixing.

 

I understand, and I wish I could help. I'm using a brand new computer with Windows 7 Premium 64-bit. I haven't installed any of the .NET frameworks that were suggested to install. I've created a shortcut of HB and placed it on my desktop. I right-clicked it, went into the various options, and set it up to run as 1) Administrator, 2) to run in compatibility mode with Vista SP 2.

I haven't had any errors with HB or WoW crashing. I did notice that before I got a new computer I was using HazzFace and everything would crash. But, now, I'm not using Hazzface with anything anymore on my new system and things are running fine. I've requested that Hazard look over his code and try to make it work properly, but I think he's doing other things.

 

Could that be a DC that is caused by HB not doing anything? let say a "AFK"-DC? Because this kind of DC's also happened in the earlier version of HB.
And also I cannot imagine that WoW DC every session with HB (vary from 5 min to 3 hour play time) while there's no DC while I play by hand...........

 

They're obviously looking into the bug, just lay off the rage and go bot something else.

 

Can you tell me how you can see that they are "obviously" looking into the bug?

Granted, I am/was happy that Tony was here to give me a sign that they've checked my log, but I didn't get any signs that they are still looking. And surely I'll let it go if the dev is looking in to it.

Well one you could use common sense knowledge. They're not just going to let issues such as yours slide. Secondly, other have had problems with honorbuddy DC (e.g. when it's trying to un-stuck itself with GB2). I know this because my self and others have also reported problems with DC / crashing.

 

That would be a assumption (assuming that they are idd looking into it). And in mine line of work, we never make assumptions (me as Testmanager)

As I described earlier, every session and vary from 5 minutes to 3 hours play time before dc. While there are no cd's when I play by hand......

 

Well it's a bit more of an assumption, going on the fact they're always updating honorbuddy, but if you'd like to get into a pedantic discussion i'm all for it.

As regards to your issue with dc, try running a repair on it. Delete the cache, make sure addons are all disabled. Maybe also have a clean install of HB and wipe your mesh folder. Start fresh. If the issue still persists I guess something could well be up.

 

As long as they don't state that HB wil be update with an update, it's still an assumption..........result which achieved in the past is not a proof for the future.

Why aren't we getting any updates/fixes ?

The backtracking of hotspots is getting us banned.

 

Would think it's rather obvious, 1) Devs spread too thin working on multiple bots 2) Waiting on courts to rule on lawsuit by blizzard, not wanting to invest resources in a bot that could be shut down any minute 3) Not really caring about users who have already sent in money for keys, would rather invest in ways to generate new income.................take your pick or all the above.


Edit: Honestly, the ways things have been for the last 3 months, I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing any Buddy Bot, and I WAS one of their biggest supporters.
