      And you have this with every HB2 version posted so far, or was there 1 that did run?

      Worked fine with the previous releases. Not working on the Questing Beta 1.

      If the previous version worked you should have a pvpsettings.xml file already (from Beta 10).
      Copy that file to your folder (just leave content as it is).

      And really make sure (if you run vista or 7) that you have admin rights on HB2.
      HB2 should create the files by itself when it has the proper rights.

      So run HB2 in admin mode (right click, select "run as administrator" or right click, select properties, compability tab, tick run as administrator box, and apply).
      I'm sure you know how to do this.
      Cant think of much else. Here it runs fine atm (no errors yet, not with PvP, PvE and questing part).

      I am using XP thus their shouldn't be any privilege problems.
      PVPSettings.xml from a previous release contains:
      Code:
      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
      <PVPSettings />

      Yeah, that's how mine looked too before I fired up HB2 Beta 11.
      Hmm, only last thing I can think of is to check if the file is readable/writable.
      Think that you can set and check in XP (right click > properties).

      ^^ what that guy said.

      I don't think you understand what a "beta" is.

      If you can't handle problems, you don't use a beta. Simple ay?

      Maybe it has to do with your .net framework installation. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling trough windows update
