      It doesn't have to do with people's connections, it is the server connection. I imagine the amount of actual data sent is not that big

      I found bug. Maybe it has already been found, but still. If you minimize D3, then the DB will not report anything during the time until they collapsed.

      Version db 1.0.486.100

      It's not a bug. Don't minimize Diablo. It's not supported. period. You can open apps on top of diablo, just don't minimize it
