this guy has got 4 accs on permanent ban on our forum and he is still making new accs and he is still having the same behaviour in my opinion,yes, he have to grow up
I prefer when moderators give there true opinon and not act like professional zombies! My opinion on the matter.
IP bans are not very effective because a lot of people have a dynamic IP address, meaning it changes everytime they restart their router.
