The court doesn't care about TOS and EULA, the questions is is it illegal? and does it cause prejudice to blizzard. No company can make TOS and EULA to have force of laws.

Did you EVER hear about a fast court ? Courts are full with strange lawsuits, it takes time.

If you guys win this the bot will be more famous and the community larger than ever before. Blizzard is actually doing us a favour here - they know that they will have to spend a lot more money developing warden than taking you to court.

      Good luck!

I've gone through a few pages of this post and it still isn't clear to me whether whoever bought DB will be able to continue using it. Since, you know, they forbade you guys from selling it, not allowing it to function (from what I have read).

Blizzard has the right to keep the integrity of their intellectual property.

I'd be interested to hear what the defense of the buddyteam and their lawyers actually are.

Yes, I'm allowed to play how I want even after reading and signing the EULA. It's just that bli$$ also has the right to ban my ass, if they catch me.
