      just a juristical question, when i buy demonbuddy outside of germany, let's say in austria - and wanna use it in germany, would that be legal?

      The usage and selling in germany is forbidden, so you can't use it in germany.

      The payment gateway has to be set up to block payments from German banks as well as German IP addresses and this is taking longer than we hoped. We will open the shop as soon as we can but it will be tomorrow afternoon at the earliest.

      Actually the injunction is over to everyone but Germany. The guy was wondering why the wait on double sessions since the 17th wont really effect the non Germans. At least the way it sounds.

      Botters typically ruin the game for those that do not, (I know this is different but it's still same) this basically is like you walking into a store with no shoes or shirt and being told to leave. The right to refuse service. Only they use the BANNED tag to prevent you from using a service.

      wie ist das eigentlich.
      Solltest du jetzt gewinnen, gilt das Urteil jetzt mehr oder weniger nur f?r die deutschen? Oder f?r alle, also Weltweit?
      K?nnte Bli$$ nicht auch nochmal in den USA klagen und versuchen die US Nutzer darin zu hindern dein Bot zu benutzen?

      Und wenn die deutschen Gerichte sagen, botten ist erlaubt, darf Bli$$. dann trotzdem Botter bannen?

      Eigentlich k?nnen Deutsche Gerichte nur Urteile f?r Deutschland erlassen. Eine Ausnahme ist das Patentgericht am Sitz des europ?ischen Patentamts
      (ist in D) das kann Urteile im Rahmen des Patentgesetzes f?r Europa erlassen. Ansonsten sind alle Urteile normalerweise nur innerhalb des Hoheitsgebiets Deutschlands g?ltig. Die Umsetzung w?rde auch schwierig werden oder was w?rdest du machen wenn ein Buschgericht ausm Kongo f?r botten eine Hinrichtung verlangt?
      Richtig, dr?ber lachen und vielleicht nicht nach Kongo fahren aber ansonsten geht dir das am allerwertesten vorbei.

      Es geht in dem Prozess von Honorbuddy nur um die Frage ob es erlaubt ist einen Bot zu produzieren / vertreiben.
      Wenn die Gerichte dies bejahen sagt das zur Zeit noch absolut nichts dar?ber aus ob es auch erlaubt ist einen zu verwenden.
      Beispiel. du darfst Radarwarnger?te in D verkaufen, du darfst sie nur nicht als Fahrer benutzen.
      Also kann Blizz dich weiterhin bannen (au?er das Urteil sagt dass auch das benutzen legal sei aber da es darum nicht geht : mehr als unwahrscheinlich)

      Sorry aber Blizzard muss nicht auf Deutschland warten. Wenn sie sich Chancen erhofft h?tten, h?tten sie auch in den Staaten parallel einen Prozess gestartet.
      Nat?rlich w?re es schwieriger ein Urteil aus den Staaten in Deutschland umzusetzen aber wenn sie via Urteil alle Finanzdienstleister dazu verdonnern...

      die versuchen das ?bel an der wurzel zu packen. wenn bossland nicht mehr in deutschland vertreiben darf, sit die GmbH ung?ltig und das unternehmen m?sste eine LTD werden. Au?erdem geht es um den Gerichtsstand.
