Simple idea. The plugin would have threefields: Stim: _________ Medpac: _________ Medpac %:____ You type in the exact text name of the Stim and Medpac you'd want to use. The Medpac % would be a single double digit numeric field (or whatever). While the bot is running the Plugin would: A) Use the listed Stim if no stim buff was found (so every 60 minutes or after death). This is nice as each stim's buff is the same as the stim. B) Use the listed Medpac if the character ever falls below the Medpac % listed. This way you have specific control on when Medpac's are used.
