Does anyone know how to fix this? It just loops over and over... How do you launch this ? I do not notice a exe file or anything to launch it in the download from svn
Not Ble to use it, Unfortunately Any help with this? I am trying to run it on Windows 8 with VirtualBox (having recently purchased a mac, I am unable to afford Windows 7 and/or VMware haha), and HBRelog will open up WoW and access my character... then wait a while... It will eventually pull up Honorbuddy, but Honorbuddy will have "not responding" labled on it, and I'll kinda be stuck. If I click on the Honorbuddy window, it will do that thing where it like glasses over and goes white for a period of time. A while after this goes on, Honorbuddy will crash, followed by HBRelog, leaving me unable to bot :.( .
You'll need to attach full log HB log for me to see. Most likely a HB startup issue. e.g. wrong profile path or no mining pick in bags when running GB2 The exe is in bin/Debug or bin/Release sub folders. also have links to those folder below source link on 1st page.
You don't need to run HBRelog under VMware in windows 8, just run it directly under Windows 8. HBRelog is the only way to run HB under windows 8 without having to use a VM, its a special bonus feature.
Alright, but If I can't get it working just running straight through Virtualmachene (open source VMWare), could I throw my log up here for help? I only got into Hbrelog because it was supposed to fix my previous problem. Actually i'm not even sure if I can get a log, wow crashes immediately after opening Honorbuddy, but i'll try
Windows 8 Virtual Machine Okay, I have attached pictures of exactly what happens when I try to run honorbuddy. I don't think there's anything for honor buddy to log because once I attach to wow, WoW crashes, saying that there was an illegal instruction 0xC000001D. And just to clarify, Windows 8 is running WITHIN the virtual machine, it's not like I'm using it to emulate a more compatible version of Windows.
And here are my logs. first one's most recent but these are all of them from trying to run on VirtualBox...
I also experienced this when attempting to run windows 8 under a VM and I assumed it was because it's very resource demanding and my pc couldn't keep up. (This is probably somehow causing to HB crash).. Personally I wouldn't recommend attempting to run win8 under a VM. You could try dual booting.
Yeah, guess so. Really I just wish that I could set up the virtual machine to use like 100% of my CPU you know? it's just such a hassle to redownload everything haha. But I guess if that's what has to be done, that's what has to be done :.(
This was working fine for a few days now I started it up and it wont go passed the hook login screen. It says connected then just shows a wow splash screen with the animated deathwing. Interesting. Was here an update?
Why is there no "play" task? I mean if I add idle how do he know how long to bot? How do i have to create my schedule to use BGBuddy and then idle for a few hours and then do BGBuddy again? On the same toon.
Any idea on how to get things to run for a set duration? I'm not seeing any kind of settings like that.
