loads and runs with no crashes after commenting out that check and removing the "o.Location.Distance(StyxWoW.AreaManager.CurrentGrindArea.CurrentHotSpot.Position) <= 200" check in CreateKillList() I have no <GrindArea> in my questing profile, I'll try adding one
It seems to ignore the AvoidMobs part of the profile, i've added several mobs to it and it keeps trying to target them even though the profile has not changed.
Looks like we need a <GrindArea> tag in profile unless the checks get commented out. Got no crash after loading the profile example with <GrindArea> tags from Ski which can be found http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread.php?4220-HB2-New-Profile-Switches I'm just not sure where to put them in my questing profile, or even if I should. The profile example provided by hawker in the last beta build does not use any, just uses <Hotspots> tags for the grind areas I did try adding <GrindArea> inside my quest <SubProfile> and HB crashed when using the unmodified target override plugin
Nice work as usual. Was working nice the little bit I got to test before work. Hope its still going strong by the time I get home.
i think the plugin causes my honorbuddy to crash.. not that i know it, but after i installed this into HB, it has crashed like 10-15 times today.
Same here, crashes if I just put the plugin in my folder. Doesnt even have to be enabled. Great plugin though mate, it needed a change for sure
Thank you very much for this Apoc. Kudos to you and very glad to see you guys working to make HB the best it can be. I know of you from other parts of the community and very glad to have you on our team.
Yeah im having the bodypull problem, doesnt pro-actively target anything and charge at it (warrior), just waits to get agro and then deals with the problem
If you ask MaiN and Nesox, I've been bitching at them for the past day or two about the whole targeting situation. I've been working with them to make things much better in the core, so something like this isn't needed. With that said; I probably won't be updating this again unless they don't actually fix it properly.
I think you read my post wrong, i was only having a joke, but if Apoc is trying to make HB better even doe he is not part of Dev team i would allow him since he has been helping with the Core of HB in his own time and is vast intelligence about how wow run's.
WoWPlayers are WoWUnits (inheritance ftw), so yes, players are accounted for. And since I don't think targeting is going to be fixed any time soon (at least, they haven't done much in the past 2 days or so) I'll rewrite this to work properly. (Now that I have a better understanding of HBs current targeting, and whatnot.) I just finished writing a DBC replacement for HB (so they don't need to package a giant set of en-US DBCs with the bot anymore) so this is now on the top of my priority list of shit-to-do-to-HB.
