Buddy Wing - Space Mission Bot

So, space missions still abandon ship before the level loads?

 

i explained in earlier posts in this thread how i believe space missions will never work very well for this bot. space missions require human level intelligence, something a bot like this will never have. when they do eventually get something working it will not be nearly as good as already available free pixel bots. they shouldn't have even tried this and should have focused on other things like the quest and grind bot.

if i were them i would cancel this whole part of their project, why the hell decide to compete with free pixel bots that work well?

 

Got to agree with Valen. I have not tryed any of the Pixel bots but if its so hard to get the space bot to worke then I would just pause it and focus on the leveling & Grinding part of the bot instead.

 

Space missions are the easiest way to make creds though because there are no stuck issues etc. Just need to perfect it.

 

The problem is bot is not lifetime, we wait for bot to be fixed on our time, one week and not a single update...

 

Yes, we spent our money and get something totally useless. And when they have a better version after a year, we will have to pay again.

 

Nowhere on the BW website (Buddy Wing: The Old Robot the 3rd party Bot for the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic) does it say that the bot has Space support or that the bot does anything beyond basic farming.

If you bought BW expecting Space support you should ask for a refund.

If you'd read this thread before buying you'd have seen that the Space side of things wasn't quite working well (which would make me wonder why you purchased it). You should still ask for a refund.

If you bought BW because of the PvE support and are just bitching about the lack of Space support, you should either stop or ask for a refund.

Seems pretty straight forward.

 

can we get a refund? The leveling profiles hardly work at all, space combat doesn't work. To be honest, I wouldn't have a problem with being patient waiting for updates, but I feel like it's impossible to know what's operational or not. And while all this is happening, Diablo 3 and WoW bots are running perfectly because they have a lot more people committing to working on those bots.

a couple things I know I want
-fully functional space combat profiles, because it's the same thing over and over, how is it so hard to make a profile for that?
-Leveling profiles, I don't expect them at all, because they'd just consume too much time to perfect, why not spend that time on fixing wingit routines, for being lazy.
-PvP profiles? That's pretty easy to I'd imagine, should of been perfected already.
-Dailies would be godlike, if we could perfect that, we'd be in a very very good place.
-And to what i mentioned earlier " but I feel like it's impossible to know what's operational or not " I meant simply, a list of routines/profiles that were fully functional and people can get right away and perform tasks accordingly that way we're just like in the dark on what works well or not.
-It seems like I was given a sandbox and people who are experienced at scripting can like make this work for them, but I have no idea what or how I would even begin to do that. I've asked to have a representative team-viewer my junk to make sure I have it all installed properly, but no response on that yet.

anyway, I just know Demonbuddy and Honorbuddy are amazingly dependable and easily installed programs that tons of people use without any issues, I just wonder why this game isn't receiving the same amount of attention

I just really want space combat finished, I really think if we got that this bot was well worth the money....

 

I badly want a space bot that can run in the background. Patiently waiting.

 

oki the new BW update is awesome, even tho the game just closes sometimes, but the spacebot is working ... just ain't seeing any dodging against blasters

Ok, I decided to test a mission which doesn't have asteroids, as the bot is unable to avoid them. And "Mission failed! Starting again!" before the loading screen even has time to pop up. Really weird that such a small and easy fix is now taking over a month to fix. It's as easy as making the bot wait 10-15 seconds before exiting, even if it's too hard to make it recognise the loading screen for now, but still no fix. Amazing.

 

Are people still buying credits even when Pay-to-Win-Cartel-Coins are going to replace them?

 

SWTOR is NOT going to be a game worth botting when it hits F2P the new system will simply make credits cheaper than we can farm.

 

I don't care if it's worth it or not. They program, and we purchased this product what can - Farm credits, kill, level yadayada yada

So aslong as they uphold what i paid for and the rest of the users the oppinion of if this game is good or not, worth botting or not - can be kindly placed inside you rectum.

 

Just tried the space bot. and it now fires! (didnt do that b4 it crashed b4 entering the loadingscreen) in a straight line only... flying in to stuff, doesnt use missiles or anything..
waiting patiently here..

 

Yes for this bot to work it needs to incorporate everything required to complete space missions otherwise this bot will fall short and will not be successful during runs.

Side note: FUCK YES! Sounds like this team is making progress! Let's just hope you guys haven't saved the hardest and most time consuming till last.
