hi got a problem the plugin seems to be broken, tried resetting hb and installed it new, i read the whole thread and all of its posts. i configured the plugin with a new channel, with someone in, and a complete fresh one thanks in advance you did a very good job! greetz snooze
i see it join irc (my own ircserver) , but the bot does not join the channel anyone know whats wrong ? i use SvergjaIRCv0,6,0,3.zip
I have been away from wow and my computer for some months ; p I have little money and little time so i really dont have time to code so much... Is there still interest in this? A IRC plugin?
I am still looking for a good IRC plugin. I was using GeekyIRC for a little while and then it started acting funny and I decided to get rid of it. It allowed for whispers and chatting but every space you put the bot would actually type three so it would look really obvious that you were botting. I would like a way to monitor the HB window much like the flood works on GeekyIRC and the ability to check current honor instead of just the honor that the bot has collected since turned on. That isn't too much of a big deal though since I now have an addon that automatically purchases the gear. The main thing I want is to allow me to use IRC much like the WoW Armory Application allows you to whisper and talk to guild. I remember on another bot it would display the same colors for whispers and guild chat that game does and would allow for flawless communication. I really wish I had time and the knowledge to help you out but the only thing I can do is provide ideas.
Requested Features: Looting: "You have looted [Random Mob]." Killing: "You have killed [Random Mob]." That way you can log into IRC and see that the bot is still running without being stuck because it is logging waht is going on. I have had it show the profile and quest but it is actually stuck on some random tent or something. I have an iPhone app that allows me to log into my computer so I can fix it but I would like to be able to see it working through IRC first before having to check it out. In reference to the first couple pages. I think ".type" would work out better because that would give us more options on what we could get the bot to do rather than just the standard chat shortcuts. As well as a way to show xp per hour and when to expect another level-up, as well as honor per hour. I am too needy
