None 9)Was your account involved in gold selling? Nope 10)EU or US realm? EU So, I got up after a short nap and was greeted a permanent account closure notice after 4 days of botting. I've not got much to say, I'm just a bit shocked I got banned 4 days after I started this account. There wasn't much lost, I'm very new to this and I hadn't even made it to level cap yet. I'm just glad I didn't enter my payment details on the account. I was still on the free month from the battle chest and after reading I'm glad I didn't make it past the first month. I would have just used my card without thinking twice about it. I don't know if this was a spot of particularly bad luck or this was detected, but the experience has soured me. Thank you all for being so friendly to be in my short time here. I'll be taking a day or two to collect my thoughts and write a ticket. I am sorry mate, but I am 99% sure, you have been kind of scammed. Your WOW Battlechest license have been charged back, thats why the Billing support have added this line: And I guess, it is not related to Honorbuddy at all.
They don't perma ban for 1st offense with botting, especially not on fresh accounts without any history.
hmm something is wrong I lvled a pala with 16h/d playing time with kicks profiles got no problems, someone or some botter know that you are botting and reported you
Again, this is no related to gameplay, his payment is rejected/disputed/charged back, so the billing department automatically ban this account and all the accounts, related with the same payment information (read "same credit card" here), till the issue is solved with the CC owner.
this ^^ known scam, same with mounts... code revoked etc etc, payment has been pulled back on card. You got scammed when u bought it. nothing to do with hb, no one reported you... automated response on a chargeback.
Sorry for the extremely delayed reply. It seems the store I bought the game codes from were at some point sourcing their products from stolen cards. I didn't want to touch it with a 10 ft. pole so I've abandoned that account now.
