I am wondering, i have tried soo many custom classes and i am wondering which one would be considered the best? a custom class that uses the best rotation and interrupts everything and anything it can?

I believe Vanguard is good but paying 30 bucks for a CC is freaking ridiculous. i want a pvp cc? one that is like the best to get kills! as i only use it for spells i manually move ! would vanguard have a GOOD PVP Cc?
