I was quest botting with WoTLK profile and as IK was tabbed guy noticed me and reported. How afraid should I be (its main account, botted a lot lately, all questing, no gathering). Which story to use if I get temp or perma ban? Bot was stucked somewhere and in general moved like crap on couple quests there (thats what he said).
Unless you've been questing 24/7 for days on end you probably don't have anything to be worried about. If you were stuck humping a tree or w/e for a few minutes you could just say you were laughing about in vent with your friends before getting it unstuck, or something like that. But don't say anything to anyone who says they've reported you, that's my opinion anyway.
Just say your Internet connection went down, had bad lag, whatever. "lol I wouldn't know how to hack, I can barely use a toaster... " just try to react like a genuinely innocent person would. Lots of quests done cos you want to get the Seeker title and you thought doing quests on alts would count towards the total when achieves go account wide etc. Admit nothing, and go play by hand for a bit. Around 16 hours a day... 4 accounts from same PC. Tried that also, even used some onions but it didn't really help.
