only used the bot a few hours a week and get suspension of 72 hours and a red flag on the account obviously

Well you must have gotten reported and some GM were watching you.

 

Yea report most likely. If a player sees you he can now right click and Report for cheating. That's a popular farming place, so if someone see you there a daily, they will report you(see bot like movement).

Did you get banned while botting or did it happen later?

 

this happened about 3 hours after i loged out and went to bed : / lol
i have an appeal in right now so hopefully everything will work out
