Put in a ticket. Always put in a ticket. If you mailed to another account, don't expect to get it back. Should use a guild bank to xfer stuff to another account.
The account that the bots mailed the stuff to is not banned Edit: also what is a good outline or what should i say in the ticket
Based solely on my experience, have had several similar situations, when you mail large amounts of items to another account.......perhaps it's an automated detection...I don't know, but accounts that do the mailing get banned, the ones that receive don't. I guess Blizz assumes you are selling the in-game items for real currency because you received nothing in return. All you can say is," I have no idea what your talking about. I have simply been farming items to gather gold for the upcoming expansion. If this is the way you treat you loyal customers who consistently send you $15 a month, I am glad you banned the account. I'll spend my money on non-Blizzard games. Good luck with you declining consumer base." BTW, I would like to say hello to any Blizzard employee's who happen to read these forums and as I tell you in the tickets I send, for every account of mine that you ban, I buy 2 more to bot. They always make me more money than they cost before they get banned. So it's a win win situation for both of us. You get payed for the new accounts I buy, I get payed for all the bots I run. Kisses !!!
