      Back when I worked 2nd shift, and maintenance screwed my normal gaming time, I routinely emailed or called in and asked for credit to be put on my account. They obliged because they were able to see that those were the times I really was logging into the game.

      While I feel "rofldcon" is being overdramatic, but your passive aggressive statement isn't any better.
