Is wotb fixed in 1.4.3?

 

Long time lurker here and just made an account to say thank you Giles for this plugin and past plugins and the constant updates to consistently improve it.

 

1.4.3 wotb still not functioning properly. i'm using bombastic's fix atm

 

Not sure if its just me or not but 1.4.2 and 1.4.3 does not cast Acid Cloud for me. Can we get some more WDs to test this please for right now i will stick with 1.3.1 til I know if it just me or the version.

Giles, you made an option to completely ignore goblins, but what we really need is the opposite: if prioritize is checked, attack the goblin no matter what, even if elites are present (atm the bot stops to kill random trash mobs... is almost impossible to kill a goblin, unless he's completely alone)

Excellent work Giles as always. Absolutely tearing up Act 3 now. Been running for a few hours and ZERO deaths. Don't let the whiners get to you. I think most of them are probably little kids anyway so just ignore them.

 

Just upgraded all my bots to 1.42 then I saw 1.43... arggh, must... have... latest... version...

 

It says that Fist of Thunder is now considered range, but i use Fist of thunder with the dodge rune not the teleport rune. will this mess up my bot?

 

1.4.3 is awesome. I will test it for a few hours, if it maintains where it's at now, a donation is coming your way. (WW Barb).

I think its great that this plugin gets bigger each version, even with massive cpu usage reductions! Moar lines of code!!!

One day it will be 10MB and legendaries will violently erupt from barrels and trash mobs quicker than the bot can pick them up

actually db.exe is 2.7MB so i guess this is Giles target hehehe

 

I deleted my compiledass./giles cfg already, so its not the problem. Here are bugs iv found so far:

-monk not using sweeping winds when it should, sometimes but not often against trash (even after blinding) i can tell its set to work only when a lot of mobs are around. but it doesnt always work. sometimes theres like 6 mobs around and it doesnt use sweeping wind. which is a pain when theres a ton of goblins that just keep getting res'd.

-not using mantra at full spirit unless an elite is around, and even then sometimes it doesnt even use it

EDIT: if anyone knows a quickfix for this PLEASE tell me, making my bot die :/

 

Some bugs I found using a dual nado build.

- He WWs away from the pack sometimes because I am assuming that he wants them to be the winds created by sprint but most of the mobs in Act 3 don't follow you so it makes it inefficient.
- Sometimes he starts spinning in one spot and keeps spinning there which is not good because of mobs that can spawn desecrate/plague etc. Also if he is spinning in one spot he can't make the tornados from the sprint.
- Also nado's work best in a circular motion because it engulfs the mobs inside the tornados spawned by the sprint.

My monks are fine just the barb needs a little help.

Edit: Halfway through the cydea/azmodian Act 3 champ farming profile and everything seems to be perfect with my frenzy/rend barb on 1.4.3. Ran for about 20 minutes, then stopped and changed all my passives to offensive and running with 0 deaths thus far. The changes to frenzy/rend/revenge coupled with my LOH/leech have turned my barb into the energizer bunny that just keeps going and going and going.

Unfortunately my char (barbarian) is still ignoring Arcane sentries, causing many deaths ...

Hope you'll find the time to look into it, it's quite annoying...


(fresh installation, no problem with other avoidance stuff, i'm don't really know what to try...)

 

My WD killed 2 big melee champs and runed away from the 3rd one.

He also ignores arcane many times.

When he got stuck(and he does) he leaves the game after some time.
