Bobby will be back this coming Sunday. I think that's the 23rd, or 23-9-2012. He will be updating things once he gets back (i.e. ShamWoW and LazyRaider just to mention a couple of things). I would expect an updated release of his projects by at least maybe Tuesday, 25-9-2012 (or, 23-9-2012 if Bobby decides to pull an all-nighter and do it all at once as soon as he gets home).

      any1 else got that prob?
Thanks bobby for your great work

AW: LazyRaider - User Controlled Raiding+Heroics+RAF

It is better to change the api and restructure it while the bot is still in testing than afterwards.
Apoc himself said changes are mostly done and will stop soon. Not much should break then :)

@Cocaine: That's not exactly accurate. No API breakage has occurred in HonorBuddy since the last release of LazyRaider was posted. At the time I write this HonorBuddy 2.5.6313.470 is the current version and LazyRaider is compatible with it as well. If you are encountering issues be sure to download the current version of LazyRaider and HonorBuddy.

@Boomboom, Thanks for the post. You will want to attach a complete log file when posting a request for help. If LazyRaider is not displaying in the drop-down list of available BotBases, it is likely due to one of the following:

      1. Installation error. If LazyRaider is not copied to the correct folder HonorBuddy won't be able to locate it. Double check that it was correctly extracted to the HonorBuddy\Bots\LazyRaider folder. Likewise if any file was not copied successfully then LazyRaider will not load.

      2. HonorBuddy Loader. Sometimes when installing a new version of a BotBase, Plugin, or CC HonorBuddy will encounter problems resulting in a lot of compiler warnings/errors. This can be resolved by closing HonorBuddy, deleting the contents of the HonorBuddy\CompiledAssemblies folder, then restarting HonorBuddy.

Thanks for the post and good luck with your LazyRaiding, Bobby53

Hey, any idea why I might be having trouble getting targeting to work when setting a leader or trying without targeting and selecting a target myself? This is my first time trying Lazyraider so it's quite possible it's a setup issue.

I've tried with both a Druid and Warrior, using singular and also trying the "Furry" warrior CC. The customclasses seem to work fine if I attack using the 'combat bot' botbase, and they will activate with lazyraider if I manually attack an enemy.

The problem is when I attack a target with my leader character the bot does not respond, and doesn't respond either if I disable auto target and click on targets myself or tick the "run without a tank" option.

tsincaat, Thanks for the post! You describe several issues, but I'm not sure which one is reflected in this log file or at what point in your botting session you encountered an issue. If you continue to have problems using LazyRaider let me know the local system time on your computer when it happened (or use the LogMark plugin to quickly mark the spot you had an issue -- link in my signature below.)

      1. Setting a leader. This involves clicking Bot Config and selecting which character in the list you want to treat as the Leader/Tank. You can double click the list item or click it once then click Set Tank (either approach does exactly the same thing.) In the attached log it appears you successfully selected a Warrior with health 97247 as tank and the character was following them at a distance of 10 yards. Based on the log file I don't see an issue relative to setting a leader. If you continue to encounter an issue relative to that action, please post again describing how you believe it doesn't recognize the tank along with the log file and the local system time on your computer (or a LogMark -- see link in signature below) that it occurred.

      2. Selecting and Attacking a Target. Auto Targeting was enabled which should have caused you to target the Tanks target. The log file shows an error message occurring within Singular after you followed for a period. My assumption is that is the point the tank character initiated combat. I'll look into this further and see if there is an issue with the targeting information being provided.

Thanks for the post and good luck with your LazyRaiding, Bobby53

Cheers for the in-depth post. I didn't have any troubles with setting the leader, the bot would follow fine and whatnot.

The problem is purely getting the character lazyraider is running on to target anything at all.

I tried LogMark but didn't have any luck getting it to add log entries on keypresses when pressing 2 or 3 of the modifier keys. It would add entries when the bot was started and stopped but that was about it.

Here's another log using the CLU custom class with my druid. When I target units in game with the 'tank' there aren't any new entries in the honorbuddy log window (I have it set to verbose). As far as I can tell there aren't any new entries in the log file either, I see a fat error in there, but I target and engage enemies 3 times times before stopping the bot and I don't see multiple entries that would correspond with each. The first error there after the bot is started may correspond with the first time I target an npc though.

tsincaat, Thanks for this log. That provided the info needed. Posting LazyRaider 2.0.11 now. Not sure this fixes all your issues, but definitely fixes one that would prevent targeting in the mode you are using.

LogMark will only add marks to the log while HonorBuddy is running and while the associated WOW Client Window is the active window (accepting keyboard input.) In other words, LogMark reacts to you pressing modifier keys in WOW.

Thanks for the followup and good luck with your LazyRaiding, Bobby53

      Hi.
Am I missing something? I have used lazyrider before with 0 problems, but now when im leveling 2 accounts (Raf), set my self as tank and the lazy to follow tank, he follows, mount, ress , yepp he do it all, but one thing he dosen't do is fight! Here is a senario... set myself as tank jumping in and start tanking mobs, the lazy acc just stands there.... he only starts to fight if he gets hurt, and he kills just that mob that is hurting him... Why dont the "lazy" assist my char? Help plz . Oh and if you target the mob manully then he starts to fight, Got to screens but when you lvl from 1-90 speeding this takes time to switch over to the other screen and "assist".....Hope someone have a good answer =)

      Hello
Paladin does not heal in a group. Tank Set. Any idea why? Sometimes uses holy shock on the tank, but very rarely, a few times during the fight with the boss.

      Sorry for bad English.

vvk, Thanks for the post. Healing is a function of the Combat Routine. You will want to post in the support thread associated with the Combat Routine you are using ( Singular, CLU, etc.) Be sure to attach a complete log file when you make that post so they can assist. Bobby53
