Bobby has mentioned several times that he will not be responding to posts without logs right now.

Treeolow, Exit HonorBuddy, delete the contents of the HonorBuddy\CompiledAssemblies folder, and then you should be good to go. Whenever you install a new version of ShamWOW you will need to delete the contents of that folder. Installation steps are provided in the INSTALL.TXT provided in the .ZIP or the the ShamWOW Frequently Asked Questions [CLICK HERE] if needed. Thanks for the post and good luck with your Shaman, Bobby53

Mario27, Thanks for providing a log file, however this thread is only for ShamWOW issues. The attached log file is for a Warrior:

Before attaching a different log file, please carefully read the FAQ #1 in the ShamWOW Frequently Asked Questions [CLICK HERE]. I can't research something that didn't happen without your help. As you can imagine, something that did not happen typically does not appear in the log file. So.... I need both the log file and the local system time on your computer that it should have been healing but was not. How to provide those is explained in the ShamWOW Frequently Asked Questions [CLICK HERE]. Be certain to provide either a local system time of the instant that a player with low health should have been healed but was not. I need it in the form HH:MM:SS (that's HOURS:MINUTES:SECONDS.) You can also use the LogMark utility (linked in my signature below.) Either way, I will only be able to look into this one for you if that info is provided as it is not occurring in my testing.

Thanks for the post and good luck with your Shaman, Bobby53

Brentus, Thanks for the post. A specific moment doesn't appear, but I can see a number places where the "Warning: NOT FACING Current Target" message is issued. In each case, the HonorBuddy .IsSafelyFacing() API returned that you were not facing the target. It does appear that there may be some impact of movement upon this API presently as just about all of the points where the API indicates you were not facing the target the character was moving. Need your help with a couple things:

      1. Let me know a specific instance where you are certain it is facing the target and those messages are appearing. Focusing on a specific moment in time that correlates with what you saw is the most useful info that can be provided for any issue.

      2. Does this happen only when targeting a Training Dummy or does it happen on a boss as well (like in LFR or Dungeon?)

Thanks for the post and good luck with your Shaman, Bobby53

There have been a few HB updates making this incompatible for the moment until Bobby or another gets around to updating this combat routine.

Is there anyway to force the shaman to heal itself as elemental? Currently mine will just try and out dps them as opposed to using healing surge at say 60%. It doesn't use any heals that are calibrated in the settings.

Treeolow, Thanks for the follow up. The log file doesn't match the description. For example, deleting all other Shaman CC's is typically an optional step but was missed in this case:

CLU and Singular are All In One Combat Routines and include Shaman support.

Carefully follow these steps and it should work:

      1. Exit HonorBuddy completely
      2. Delete ALL contents of HonorBuddy\Compiled Assemblies. Folder should be empty when done
      3. Delete the entire contents of HonorBuddy\Routines folder. Folder should be empty when done. Make sure no files or folders exist
      4. Install ShamWOW
      5. Start HonorBuddy

If you follow these steps and still have problems you'll want to post in the HonorBuddy Support Issues thread so Tony or another person with HB Staff can connect with you via Skype or another support tool and assist.

Thanks for the post and good luck with your Shaman, Bobby53

      All ShamWOW Users:

Rather than replying individually am posting to all. If you need help with ShamWOW, see FAQ #1 in the ShamWOW Frequently Asked Questions [CLICK HERE]. Typically I will politely respond to every post reminding the author that I can only assist if the information described in the FAQ is provided. Currently I am pressed for time so am making a single post to all -- if you need assistance -- even if you think you worded your question in a way that can't possibly require a log file, etc. I will only be able to respond to those users that follow the steps in the ShamWOW Frequently Asked Questions [CLICK HERE].

For example, consider the following fictional request for help:
      What is really needed:

Thanks for your help in posting the details I need to provide quick and accurate support for ShamWOW users! -Bobby53

This is incorrect. As I mentioned in the LazyRaider thread, HonorBuddy Updates will only break existing components (ShamWOW, LazyRaider, etc.) if HonorBuddy changes the name or parameters of an existing API. Although this happened a lot during the past few weeks as HonorBuddy underwent a lot of change, this should rarely happen going forward as that API is stabilizing.

I stand corrected. I never deleted the files inside the "Compiled Assemblies" folder before which was why I was having problems before.
