hello, i want to start botting again so i would like to know how long it would take from 85-90 when I use grindbot or bgbuddy for lets say 12 hours a day. iam asking because there are no quest profiles for 85-90.
The most I've ever been able to get through grinding is 1M xp / hour. That's with a Frost DK iLvl 389 (high level Cata PVP gear w/o enchantments) and the mining profession. Some people have said they're getting 1.6M xp / hour. To go from L85 > L86 requires about 13m xp I think. So for me, that's about 13 hours of grinding. With BGBuddy, I get about 300k xp / hour. So much, much less.
During the Call to Arms for AV, I was getting 3m+ from LOSING every game, some alliance were at 5.5+m xp an hour.
Kick ever gets back questing will be the fastest way far. Even having to do a few quests by hand is better than 8 hours per level
Manually questing or BGbuddy is my suggestion. Grind + BGBuddy (mixed mode) will probably be your best bet. It took me ~2 days, playing/botting ~14h per day.

I made my own grinding profiles off the ideas of some people on here, and as a ret pala using Saint CC i was getting 2million exp an hour most of the time. After 86 i always killed mobs that were lower than me.
With Bg bot and Manually grinding between i was reaching 3.5m/hour, took level 90 in 2 about 2 days Actually Exactly two days xD i dinged 90 at midnight two days after release
I have leveled 4x90's now using my own grinding +herb + mine With mixed mode bg's i net 3.8-5,000,000 exp/h
are you grinding in cataclysm zones? because in MoP you cant fly until you reach level 90. Edit: One more question...Only AV or all BGs?
Firs off many people can have say 4 accounts and 4 keys = 4 level 90ties the same time as you make 1... next up grinding old zones is no good around 800 xp / kill / loot of ore etc to prevent grinding of old content..
I hit 90 on my main within 14 hours of release questing. So it is feasible to be able to grind/gather/pvp that fast in 3 days (72 hours) with no downtime.
I'm using a grinding/skinning profile I made with mixed mode running AV. Last night I had 2 wins and 14 losses and I was averaging around 2mil/hour. I'm on a hunter using Singular BTW.
It's very possible to achieve this. I had gring spot yielding 4-5m/hr before they were discovered by other folks.. Now that the spots are populated, I'm getting about 2-2.5m/hr with looting.
