well i monitor my bots 50% and botting 5-9 hours a day ... before few mins i got /w from a guy asking : hi r u botting ?.... i noticed that /w after 1 hour maybe i replied to him sorry my little brother was farming for me herbs and he don't understand english.... is there something ?.... he replied : repoted arldy hf... well i just loled telling him do whatever u like i didn't do anythin wronge ... reporting me for nothin the i ignored him ... i quested after that few quests and stopped .... Q: should i care on Botting after few hours or wait few days ? Q: will that get me Ban , can the GM know that i was using thirdparty ? Q:suggestions =) plz
Relax, I've had this happen to me countless times, there is a plugin that responds to people with "You must be on my friendslist to chat with me", so if a random person whispers you, it'll tell him that and he'll assume it's an addon. You've really got nothing to worry about provided you don't bot 24/7. I've been with the buddy team for almost 3 years now and I've never had a ban/warning, and when I bot it's usually 20 hours at a time.
well what i do i farm i deposte it in guild bank and then log in other account selling it ... nothin direct happening . hope don't get ban.... thanx alot =)
What that addon really tells is "Hi i am a bot as only boters use this addon well hello... report me please".
If that was a humorous response, please disregard the rest of this post. Otherwise, I disagree. It doesn't scream bot. Lots of people use addons like these including myself long before I started botting. Sometimes I just need to be left the hell alone. I also have one installed on my younger child's game to limit who he can talk to online. However, if you are going to use an auto response plugin from here at least customize your responses. Or actually download any one of the whisper filtering chat addons that have nothing to do with botting.
