GatherBuddy 2 Still broken Horribly

Not even flying around here. Only first 2 minutes.
Then he just idles for some reason.

So i guess they are working on the nav servers again.

I got it to work for around 10 minutes.. Then it just stopped again. Heres my log.

 

Problems are now back, runs for a few minutes at the most and then just idles in one spot.

 

reinstalled. just freezing after a node or two.

what do you mean freezing? can you be more specific? like is the bot or wow locking up? is it just standing there? describe exactly whats going on, and if you could please add a full log as an attachment so we can see exactly whats happening.

 

my gatherbuddy works.. but sometimes after 5-10 mins, the bot just mount up and stay on the air..

on line 8297 till 8637.. the bot spots the ore.. but doesnt move!

 

ya same here i think thats the slow auth server ... bot stop , after 30 sec start again ... and dont loot all spawns

 

i have to prompt the bot to move..then its decent...but otherwise..no way would I afk this right now

 

yea, unfortunately the server issues are still on going. while these problems persist your going to keep having those issues unfortunately.

 

how long do you think you need to fix ? 1 h 1 day 1 year ?

apoc : Just a quick update:

I've gotten some stuff working, and I'll be putting our main gateway auth back online while I test these changes. (Mostly related to load issues, and the like)

Service will be spotty while I do this. (Could be anywhere from 20min, to 4 hours)

Is this 'server issue' related at all to the increase in customer traffic thru the server? i.e. servers built to handle Xnumber connections optimally, but we have X+500 since the release of MoP. I mean, there's probably a lot of people that has took a break from their Hardcore botting about half way through DS since the content was old (just speaking from personal experience) and then this expansion dropped, they updated HB and proceed to overload the server?

I think i came late to the show here, but did this 'server issue', be it authentication or hanging bot at hotspots, ect., happen before the Panda release? with 5.0.1? or just after the panda release?

 

its a bit of both, with one of our servers down, the other ones are having a harder time keeping up with all the traffic and demand, not only that but these servers are not only for honorbuddy so it effects other things as well.

 

was going to post that i was experiencing the same, bot stop issues, but i see that already reported to death here and you are working on it so cheers for the update.

One thing i have noticed when i run GB2, (im not sure if others are experiencing it as well), when GB2 is gathering and it comes across nodes sometimes, the bot will just pause for 20 seconds to blacklist the node.
There is no clear obstacle stopping the bot from collecting, yet it sits in the air (or on the ground) and blacklists the node after 20 seconds, then moves on. I thought it might have been because i was making my own profiles and i
was doing something wrong, but ive been running a couple of tony's profiles recently to test it and the same thing is happening.

A literal example is sungrass, (mostly out in the open, no trees or buildings or rocks surrounding the node), and it just stops for 20 seconds, black lists the node, and moves on.

 

no point in trying to use this until it fixed, just pisses me off so badly.

like i said, all symptoms of the problems with the servers. so you have my apology for how frustrating it is, but we're working as hard as we can to resolve the issue.

 

i had the same problem. but got an extra ; sometimes when bot finds a node it doesn't move to it just says "gathererbuddy2 : approaching etc etc.. but it doesn't moves and blacklists it. it has been since 15-18 hours like that. there is no plugins extra i use and ofcourse i tried to restart both client and it didn't work. and i tried it with m both version one of it 2.5.6370.491 other is 2.5.6324.474 i must admit i haven't updatedsince the 6324 because it was the stable version i have ever seen for now but since the bot is doing this problem on both versions it must be another problem. maybe server problem i don't know really

 

Just got to lvl 90, got my flying mount and got all giddy thinking "Im going to make lodsa gold now" and then GB is buggered Damn.

Keep up the hard work and i hope its fixed soon
