People need to learn not to post so much shit on the AH at one time runs red flags. In closing STOP BEING GREEDY post about 15 things at a time.
Ya watch your auctions, even A high pop sever, try to diversify, Mill, prospec, dont go over 10-15 of one item
False. I got the exact same ban message. Appealed it, and the GM answered me that it was CONFIRMED that I used a thirdparty program to collect the things I sold.
Wait...Did you just say that they seen you botting, I say that you must of been doing it in a high pop server or long as hours, because I have never been banned from using HB, And yes you can get banned from killing the AH with tones of items also getting reported from other players that you undercut
This is correct. After appealing a number of times a call was finally made, and while the rep wouldn't tell me what was on the account she did say that they may of sent the wrong email because it was most certainly banned due to the use of a 3rd party program or cheat and while I was welcome to ticket it (because calling in does nothing) she said there is pretty much no chance at getting the account back. I asked about the third party program and which of my addons may of triggered it and she stated she could not reveal their detection methods but that there was enough data on the account there would be no reversal. The account that was banned was under 2 weeks old, run for 9-12 hrs a day, alternating in bgs and GB2.
2 weeks old was it a SoR and 12 hours a day and BGS? If so that could be another reason I would never use the BG Bot or bot for 12 hours, Have you watched your bot in BGS it looks so none human like its just a ban right there. All I can say is the most people getting banned are doing BGS unsupervised or botting for long ass hours, ah well people will never learn Been botting for over 3 years not 1 ban yet I guess if you read and learn before jumping in you will get far
No, it was just an old account used for farming in Cata that was off for 3 months. Yes though, I have watched the bot in BGs and while those of us who bot can tell the difference many others do not. In fact, BG botting is one of the safest forms as the group you are with is very short term in most cases. Those who get banned from BG botting generally just set their thing and go without any other setup to make the player look/act more human. If you are a drain on your team then you run the chance of being noticed.. My toons on the other hand get tweaked on their CC so they are generally near the top of either dps or healing for the runs. Anyway, congrats on not getting banned yet, as this was my first over the last 4 years and the best reason I can find is that it was due to GB being watched/seen by a GM out in Pandaland. I have some accounts in BGs for 20+ hrs a day that have never been banned so while I'm sure you feel good about yourself posting in these threads without any real input or useful information other than to feel better about how wonderful you are (I'm JK, ur kinda a tool) just save yourself the time and post either something useful or not at all.
how can you even report people for undercutting or spamming "abusing AH " now ? cant you only report people via name plate or chat? ....
how? it forces you to pick "options" or "topics" of what your ticket is under.. lol what do you choose ..
I played stupid. I asked if maybe one of my addons triggered something blah blah blah maybe my account was hacked. The gm quoted part of the ToS that we all agreed to about botting and third party programs, and gave me a ;]
Botting a panda now, non stop for : Total time played: 5 days, 13 hours, 9 minutes, 38 seconds, 84 atm. Pvp ing, Questing, grinding... botting non stop. Bot smart and you wont get caught, change profiles, change what type of botting your doing and you will be fine. When it comes to the ah, theres no such thing as red flags, stop putting up bullshit like that. If your get banned by exploiting the economy your either way banned for selling gold, or some other botter spotted you on the ah and reported your ass. You give Blizzard way to much credit if you think they stick money , and loads of it in finding your ass when even a botter is a paying customer. The player is Blizzards tool to find bots, right click report... /thread. Ive said this many times in the past, ive crossed that line many times. 500 + auctions up a char, several 1000's on account. Mailing 1000's of items across chars, sending chars 1000's of gold, there is no such thing as a red flag. If im on, the bot is on 100 % , always. And im on, a lot ! ( 15 + hours a day ) Blizzard does not care UNLESS the non-botters are moaning aka making a ticket. I dont mean botting is legit by this, not at all, but they will not hunt you actively unless tickets ( more then a few ) are made about you ( depending on the case i think ) - ( botting more then 1 if made by right click / harassment ofc less ) The only thing that may and can be automated is when several people make a "auto ticket" about you via right click report, and if x amount of people reported you for the same, you get a auto ban, rest is a load of crap!
yep i bot smart but still afraid of players ticket. Imagine even this, you are in a random dungeon with 4 other people, when they are arogant realm party and you fuck them up, they not even kick you from dungeon, they can even easy report you as bot... that are insta 4 tickets. I bet some tards are doing this, so i will rather stfu myself and act "polite" even in rage time to not provoke them
