I put in a good reply saying that I didn't do anything wrong ect ect like everyone else says is working. Still haven't heard back yet. Any ideas?
I had a similar one a week ago, they over turned it after looking into it since they had no evidence of me doing anything wrong. It looks like an autoban, probably based solely on the number of auctions you have had on a regular basis and your gold fluctuations. Can take up to 48 hours to hear back, you SHOULD be fine.
Good I am making over 150k every 2 days ish I want to get back to that but maybe be a bit less suspicious
I got unbanned and my letter to them apparently made them feel like awful people so I got a nice big custom written apology ^_^
Would you be willing to share your reply in PM or on here? I have two still banned and I am trying to figure out what is the right approach. One I replied to their ID verification with a big ole mad reply about how I didn't have time to drive 30 minutes to do their ID thing and this is ridiculous and I did nothing wrong, etc, and the other I sent out a very angry reply talking about farming a rare item and that I did nothing wrong and they are being ridiculous not giving me a real human response. These replies are all the second tickets, as in, I got replies on all 3 of my banned accounts after submitting original tickets. 1 was overturned to 72hr, 1 left banned, 1 locked until ID verification. Sure hope that contesting them endlessly won't lead to my IP getting checked out /cross fingers
I play it safe with auctions. With multiple bot accounts, I sell on each .. rarely do I put up more than 50 auctions/day/account. My guess is it is the high number of auctions that triggered it.
I made a thread on how to do it here hopefully it helps some people ^_^ http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/ban-section-ban-reports/75687-how-get-unbanned-kinda-october-2012-current-ban-splash.html
I got the exact same mail and when I tried to appeal it, it turned out it was just a 72h ban, although according to blizzard - justified. Quite fun how desperate blizz is atm, doesn't even banning obvious botters(20h+ bot/day and 500auctions+/day) lol Eu tho
