[Plugin] BuddyManager - Schedule Your In-Game Tasks (Profiles/Zones/Botbases)

All downloads listed below are outdated, and do not work with the latest version of Honorbuddy.
My real life issues have to come first, and I wish to apologize to all of my users.
I hope to soon return to providing you all with a proper scheduled botting experience.

Again, All down downloads listed below do not work with the latest version of HB.
Do NOT dowload them. Do not install them.
At this moment I ask any programmers to refrain from "re-creating" my code, but I can not legally stop you.
I know the rules on the forums, and as such, I ask you as a professional courteous to not re-create BuddyManager.


Okay, because I'm lazy atm, and am about to go to a friends house to get hammered, BuddyManager is finally updated for the new Honorbuddy.

There have been a few adjustments made, but I've been running it most of today and haven't run into any problems

Side not here - It does not support flying to "Grind Bot" locations in the profiles yet, but it will allow Honorbuddy to take over and try to path to the area to grind in the profile.
Working on this issue, but don't have time tonight.

I also want to add in more options on when to switch tasks, like if you pick up a certain item, or it you have so much honor etc, which doesn't seem too difficult, but I'm still learning as I go with C#.
Oh and relogger support is on the list, but that's after most everything else, since if you use a relogger and have random on, it should work anyways (and I may just have it save what task it is on, so that if it relogs it can just restart that task, however for the total time )

That explains more of what it can do/how to set-up is in second post.

The big change now is that you'll need to re-do all tasks you had prior, since the saving methods have changed.
All profiles are now listed under the profiles box, and if you add more than 1 it will split up equal time between all of them
There is also an "Information" tab if you'd like to see either how long you've had HB running, or how long you've been running the current task (to see how long away the next switch is).

Change settings to not harvest with GB2 until in profile area - Saves a lot of time and wasted bag space

Thank you so very much for this. I tried to look at the coding to see if I could fiddle with this to try and update it; but with limited experience, I was quickly lost. By far the most valuable/used plugin ever.

 

I wasn't very smart when I coded it so, yea. It's a cluster.

Could you attach the log from your /Honorbuddy/Logs/ folder, the most recent one where it didn't show up?
Then I'll know how to help you out

EDIT: Nvm, I just updated to newest HB and they changed a few things inside there, so I just had to adjust 1 line.
Compiles fine on my end now

So - Updated for API Changes - BuddyManager Version 2.2.18

 

I'll be adding in Pandaria when I figure out how I want to handle everything, while still including the Cata zones as options, as well as options to change on "if I picked up an item XXXXX", or "Honor points at or above 3500" and such.

It's open and in the works literally in the window behind Google Chrome.

btw, I do not know, if this is because I am on my lowbie toon atm or not.
but I am just able to choose form the cataclysm zones.
Would it be possible for you to fix this? (I asume that you are planing on fixing such things ofc)

 

I only had support for moving to Cata zones. I thought I had a "None" option in there, but I may have removed it, and if it's there it is likely broken.

Pandaria will be added soon, but as for more of the oldworld zones I doubt I'll be adding all of them.

 

Hey there! This looks like a pretty amazing plugin. I have a big dumb noob question though: is Questing supported? I was playing around with the settings and couldn't figure out how to use the Questing bot-base for a period of time.

 

Not currently allowed to use it with this, no.

 

Hey man, glad to see your plugin up and running again i'll probably use this the most now that i'll be farming in the same continent all the time. Keep up the good work. I'll let you know if i notice any problems once i have all my profiles written.

I'll be adding Pandaria tomorrow, although that is at least a few ID's to look up so it'll probably be near the end of the day. I also have some volunteer work I'm doing with the Veteran Reps in my town.

Anyways, here's how it does Pandaria:
If already in Panda-land it just loads the next task and continues...
If not it will hearth, hit the Panda-land portal and then load new task once in Honeydew village.

IT DOES NOT SUPPORT ALLIANCE PORTAL TO PANDARIA YET!
I need someone to go next to the portal on ally side, open up dev tools and grab these things:
-Get me an XYZ hotspot next to the portal, preferably within clicking range
-Get the portal ID - It's in the Object tab - Find "Portal to Honeydew Village" and it's the number on the left
I'll add those as soon as I get a chance to get back on after someone posts it.

ok, been using it a while and it's working great, just one thing. Is it possible to have it not harvest herbs and ore inbetween profiles? My problem for instance is having 1 profile in northern Pandaria and a second in southern Pandaria, but he harvests all nodes inbetween these areas causing him to die more.

 

Like have him fly to the first hotspot in Pandaria w/ GB2 instead of just loading and having HB hit each node before it gets there?
