      Your providing a time based service, and not at least pausing our subscription times or extending our subscription the number of days your service is down is unacceptable. As many months as most of us have paid already you cant extend when your product is down?

      It doesn't even come down to right or wrong, it comes down to keeping your customers happy. In general with anything subscription based, just like wow, if there is down time your service time will be extended for the duration of the downtime.

      Blizzard do maintenance every week which eats into your time based service... do you get days back for that?
      The answer to the above question is no.

      People need to remember the downtime is not caused by the HB/GB time, it is in fact caused by Blizzard and their updates.
      So stop moaning/blaming HB/GB for trying to maintain your accounts security.

      You seem to have misunderstood what kind of downtime you get refunded. As Synik says, you dont get any of the weekly wow downtime back do you? Let me explain

      Lets say WoW suddenly crashes, the login server broke down and people cant get on. This lasts 3 days. THIS would give you an extra 3 days to your sub. Because this was.. Well.. An accident that wasn't 'scheduled'

      Your HB/GB sub is to PAY the devs for their work, Buddy products are not down unexpectivly, or just down for the sake of being down. Its down for MAINTENANCE, to keep its customers safe. This is what we pay for. Obviously your not gonna get a refund for the time it takes for the devs to create, update and maintain the product. They might aswell give it away for free then. Its that simple.
