it's a user issue, please recheck all of your windows settings and add hb and it's folder into your firewall and try again

I did not have this issue on my desktop pc, but on my laptop. Followed the link from Tony to another thread from a Demonbuddy user, but it checks the same thing.
Even though I installed windows 8 on both of my pc's from the same cd, they didn't have the same visual c++ files.
And remember, run it as admin, otherwise it wont work!

      uninstall net 4 and Visual C 2010 x86
      restart your machine

      run the wizard as admin

once done with both installations check for windows updates and install what needed
restart your machine and try again

Guys is there a fix for this problem yet ? So far I have activated my windows 8 , I have run the Buddy pre req. setup but keep getting the same error. Is it possible to post the fasmdll_managed.dll and just place it where It seems missing?

Never mind the buddy pre req. did work just did not run it as Admin L2R Sleven !

      Thanks guys,

      Sleven
