HB moving to the wrong coordinates.

So, I have loaded multiple profiles and on one character they seem to work, while on another, they are completely off. For example, I run the egg farming profiles for the Cloud Serpents and it works flawlessly. Then I use another character (on a different realm too) and it doesn't seem to work at all, it goes to the coordinates in the wrong zones. I ran a leveling profile in Krasarang Wilds a couple days ago on this character and the coordinates seemed to be working, but now anytime I try to load a profile on the character, it won't.

To simplify, Character A works without a hitch. Character B used to work, but now doesn't.

 

theres nothing odd in the log, unless its the wrong one.

are you sure your completely restarting the bot in between switching characters?

 

Yes, I am positive.

As for the log, I know you always ask for one, that is the most recent one. I don't think the log would even show anything.

I have deleted my settings folder for this specific character and will see if it helps.

 

just make sure when you do it again, that you load the profile, HB just dosnt always load the latest profile, it loads the last one used on that toon, so its possible its loading the wrong profile, and that would explain why its running weird, also it would move off course if it needs to repair, so repair the toon before to see if that helps.

 

I always load the profile when I launch HB.


I'm going to run it off a second install to see if that will affect anything.

I'm going to see where it tries to go, right now I can't confirm or deny that it is completely off, it is taking a new route than it did before. I don't know if it's actually trying to go pick up a quest, or if it's just taking a longer route.

 

No custom anything loaded in either WoW or HB and it still constantly goes to Dread Wastes. Have tried multiple profiles and has only been doing this after the most recent update.

 

like i said, delete all the logs in the log folder, then replicate the issue, and post the log. so we can see why exactly its running to where ever it is its running.

when you pressed stop, it was trying to load meshes to get to where it was trying to go. but it looks like it was trying to pickup a quest.

is it possible ether the profile your using is incorrect or trying to pickup a quest from a questgiver that is in a different phase?

 

I pressed stop when it was already halfway through Townlong. That would be fine, but the character is 87, when Townlong is suggested to be 88.

It's not the profile, I checked the coordinates it has for all the towns and vendors, they were all on track.

I assume it is thinking the profile is talking about a different zone, which it shouldn't.

 

Anything that can be done to fix this?

Also should note: Character A (works) - Has flying, Character B (Does not work), Does not have flying.

 

I run the profile on Character A, it works. I run it on Character B, it doesn't.

The only variable changing is the character, the class, race and realm. Everything else is exactly the same.

 

like i said its trying to get somewhere, probably for a quest, so just let it go and get to where it needs to get.

 

It's not, it's going to the southern edge of Townlong, when the profile is for Kun-Lai. I tried it with a Krasarang Wilds profile and it went out of the zone it was supposed to stay in and kept going North before I stopped it. I let it go as far as it wanted and it stopped in the Dread Wastes when I did that. There are no quests in that zone for a level 87.

 

weirdly enough I kinda been having the same issue, running GB2 and it would sometime fly to dead waste only to be stuck in the border, started happening around last autoupdate, didn't think anything of it and thought was just a profile issue. profile was for townlong

 

Yeah, it seems to me like it is the last build that this started happening.
