Just a wild guess... maybe if Trinity would identify items slower then we won't receive that error with closing quest so often (for me it happens on 1/2rd of the time). Thanks!
Trinity currently doesn't handle identifying items at all - this is purely DemonBuddy doing the identifying. I may replace the DB identify code with my own code sometime, so that I can add randomized timers etc., we shall see
