Using: Vista32bit, .net framework 3.5 sp1

I entered the bot path with hb.exe, wow path with .exe, account name and password, realm and US server.

What it does:
I open bigsister, load profile, click START
- it then opens up new window of WOW
- then it says in log, waiting for 4sec, waiting for 10sec , and thats all? nothing more


What also doesnt work:
'Prog Settings" , it crashes everytime i click on it

I doubled check to make sure wow account/pass were in there but it doesnt enter them, maybe the 4sec delay is too short, cause my laptop is slow for opening wow window, but then what is the 10sec wait, is that after it thinks it entered the wow info?

 

I'm having the exact same problem =] I posted my log last time but didn't seem to be looked at.

Those are very wierd, they shouldnt be happening, that was fixed a ton of releases ago. Something crazy (or really stupid) is causing that. When I have more time i will investigate.

For me everything works just fine on Win7 x64.
BigSister doesn't support HB2 atm I suppose? Because it doesn't find the login button and restarts wow as soon as I get a loading screen
For GB it has delivered a strog performance during the last days...almost worked on every dc/error and no errors here. Keep it up

 

It seems it doesnt work for HB2 i am afraid, when I have more time, i will re-search into it, shouldnt be too hard since the code base is already built for the old HBs (old system).

If anyone missed it, I am going to move into a more simplistic way for end users to use the program (studying iphone/ipad usability guidelines made something click). Effectively, it is going to be alot more simple than it is right now. Hopefully adding scheduling and hot swapping in the process (original planned advanced features).

All of this is constrained to my available time however, right now BigSister has alot of advanced stuff in it (and GUI to support it) that is turned off because of how many people with different computers have different results (since its all Windows it should all be the same right? Wrong!), and those advanced features rely alot on "unstable" (microsoft kinda forgot to put in same stuff on all machines, and didnt tell us) and I do not have enough time to work out all the ins and outs of each persons system. So hopefully, simplifying everything will bring benefits to everyone.

I will use it on HB1 once it is updated for the ninja patch. I only tried it with HB2, I didn't even think of trying it with HB1. That should help a ton.

It should be working, yes.

Also, it will start working with HB2 out of nowhere, if they put in the "/autostart" thing that HB1 and GB has, until then I have to hard-code some code to look for the start button and click it, but, i didnt even start HB2 yet because I dont play wow anymore (no time), but, i will pay my account again once i get more time and play a bit cause, i kinda miss it now, and will try out HB2 and hopefully update BigSister to support it again.

So, just in case, if they do put "/autostart" in HB2, it should start working out of nowhere without any Bigsister update.

 

Just tried it with Gatherbuddy. Still the same thing. It starts the game up and waits, but it never attempts to log in. It just keeps waiting 10 seconds. In the log it displays it only once though.

 

Login on Gatherbuddy or WoW ?

I just tried it and mine tries to login to wow (my account is expired tho)

 

It launches WoW, then just waits forever typing in the WoW username and password.

 

When it launches WoW. It hasn't even gotten to the point where it logs in Gatherbuddy. Tried it on Windows 7 64 bit, and Windows XP 32 bit.

Am I setting something up wrong? What is your settings like?

 

Same here. it open WoW and dont type any login and pass, just someting like:
Waiting to process to start responding
Waiting 4 seconds
WoW is responding
Waiting extra 5sec for everything to load
Waiting for 10 seconds

And thats all, WoW window is opened and Bigsister is waiting for something.

 

PM me with what the change was and I'll fix it it for you.

 

Id rather have it support "/autostart" like always (on all versions). Thats the direction I want to go, KISS (keep it simple stupid), BigSister was wayyy to complex and that was leading to insane amount of bugs showing up where they shouldnt and having Bigsister work for someone and not another person (automation foundation is still very buggy).

 

Are you using lastest WoW ? That is probably because WoW was updated and the codes i use to read its status changed, so bigsister cant detect if it sucessfully logged in.

In that case, it wont work without a update to the offsets by me.

 

It does not login to wow , just opens it up
