I'm curious to see how many bans are going out on US servers since Mists, since so many player reports are going out about bots and on CS forums as well with no real actual bans going out, could possibly mean a ban wave coming soon or near the end of the year.

No need to be disrespectful and call people names, It was merely just a concern.

It's not a panic it's more of a statistics thing.

If no one in the US is getting banned since mists hits and Blizzard KNOWS that people are botting especially in BGs then I'm sure they are saving names.

I personally just want to know ahead of time.

True, yet, I doubt they would tell anyone anything, doesn't really matter anyway, ban wave will happen regardless, just nobody knows when.

Well it can give you a fair warning that one MAY and I stress the word MAY be happening since so far no one in the US has reported a ban and Blizzard KNOWS thousands are botting daily.

I doubt you have accurate statistics that no one in the US has had a ban botting, Honorbuddy or not. Ones that don't post on the forums, ones who may not even be using the account at the moment. A ban wave insists the idea blizzard has solid proof of how to detect the bot. Very technical, and that wouldn't mean they would herd all of them up and ban them, that's a straight loss of money across the board. They probably ban the first early stragglers that they looked at personally, then once they figure it out for sure, they just ban the whole group by detection. Honorbuddy's tripwire will trip if anything suspicious were going down with the warden, however incase they somehow got around it, a banwave is possible.

      You can't "predict" one.

LOL, simple fact Americans walk away after bans. Europeans invest and learn from their mistakes. So they don't post ban threads... they go bang their girlfriend and drink beer.

While wanting to get statistics and all that is all well and good, these kinds of thread typically start panic attacks on the forums. Unfortunately, I can't leave this thread open simply for that reason. Contact a staff member and see if they'll be willing to post up a proper "gathering" thread. (By staff member, I mean not me ;))

@HBfanboy1980; I'm an american. I just don't get banned. :) (0 accounts banned in the last 4 years of botting. Much simpler on the investment part ;))
