      Hopefully I will be able to use this as inspiration for my own defense. This will either end in a "Privatinsolvenz" (bankruptcy) or in my winning. So I really do not have as much to loose as you guys do. No sane judge in the world could take my last means of supporting my daughter's and my living expenses in order to protect a company like Activision Blizzard. But that is to be found out... I currently could barely afford 5? for an ?RA (public legal advice here in Germany).

      In such things nobody knows what will happen. To be unguilty do not mean that you become unguilty.
      Look at the Apple-Samsung Process. An American company becomes right over an Asian Company in USA.
      On the other side not Samsung do the same against Apple. And the Asian Court agree now with Samsung.
      Who is right now? :)
      So its a game of power. And Blizzard has a lot of money ...........
      Cross fingers and wish you all the best

      Best of luck with everything... so far it's Blizzard score of 2, sites that create and sell botting software for WoW score of 0. They have completely shutdown piroxbots, and mmoglider as well. There are probably more but those are the two big ones that fought them in court and lost.

      I really enjoy this community and I'm cheering for honorbuddy to somehow prevail but realistically I don't see it happening /sadface...

      Basically the reason blizzard is able to keep winning court is this;

      Their argument is that they do not sell the game and that no one outside of blizzard owns a copy of wow. We simply pay for a license that gives us access to play their game. So when a site creates bots or other 3rd party software that is against their EULA the court sees it as you are maliciously affecting the way their game that they own is meant to be played and will continue to be in favor of blizzard and shutdown as many sites as blizzard wants to go after.

      Problem is for blizzard the small fry will always find a way round their dirty tactics of making money. Behind the scenes they know this will never stop communities like this will always be there to take them on.
      If your watching blizzard anyone can be bought even guys in your inner circle so wam bam bitches :)

      Sure there will always be the "small fry" but once that "small fry" is providing software to thousands of people breaking blizzards EULA that small fry will eventually get shut down and allow for another small fry to emerge into the market... rinse / repeat...

      Also am lustigsten ist es ja, dass man hier von Fairness spricht.
      Wenn die Leute sich ungerecht behandelt f?hlen, k?nnen diese sich doch genauso den Honorbuddy kaufen. Somit sind dann auch wieder alle gleich gestellt. Es wird hier ja niemanden verwehrt sich den Bot anzueigenen.
      Meiner Meinung nach ist das ein Rechtsstreit der noch Jahre lang gehen kann mit den richtigen Argumenten / Gegenargumenten. Es gibt einfach keine genau ausgepr?gte AGB in diesem Gebiet. Untersagt != Verboten. Um das mal richtig auszudr?cken ;)

      Alter, ich wei? nicht welche Kanzlei ihr da angeheuert habt, aber die haut ja in jedem Satz drei Rechtschreibefehler rein. Seri?s ist wahrlich was anderes...

      die Vorgehensweise ist aber ganz nett =)
