Got banned for basically nothing

Wow you guys, really...like I said, nothing to gain here by lying about bans. I came to say what happened and warn everyone that you are not safe because you are a careful botter. Maybe my bot got stuck in a tree for 5 hours and spazzed while I was asleep, which could be easy to see, but I also don't understand why that would result in closing the account. They never told me what happened. I showed you the email. I'm not sure what you're talking about with teleporter hacks or whatever, lmao...I used the townlong steppes mining profile, got a bunch of ghost iron, sold the bars, got banned.

That's as careful as it gets without babysitting the bot the entire time, which would kind of defeat the purpose of botting.

I just sent an escalated appeal, while also quoting their policy, which says:

Accounts are closed when a player has excessively or grossly violated our policies. When an account is closed, the player is no longer able to access the account. Account Closures are rare and represent a player who is unable to abide by our rules and insists on negatively affecting other players' enjoyment of the game or harming the service itself. Account Closure are:

The most serious account penalty
Very rare
A permanent service revocation

My account has never had an offense so I must have had an angry fat virgin GM look into my account and decide it would be funny to close it. I'm really hoping it gets reversed now that it's been escalated.
