      Does the feature already exist to send herbs via COD say 12 stacks (mail limit) to a pre-set person (say bob for example purposes) for a set price (say 1k gold).

      If so would someone explain to me if this already exists, built in or plugin?

      BulkMail2 can do it. A regular WoW addon. Took me 5 minutes to figure out how to use it correctly. (The COD price you put is for 12 stacks).
