Yeah I'm using newest WoW, never used Bigsister before 3.3.5 so probably this is a reason why it isnt working, ok then we need to wait for update ;) thanks for answer

I program BigSister with Windows 7 64bit, IT DOES WORK WITH IT!

The login problem is a different matter altogether, BigSister reads the game states using memory hacking, and that memory hacking needs offsets and pointers, that are just like targets for a sniper. If those targets are wrong, sniper will miss or hit wrong guy. Same with BigSister, blizz updated wow, so now, the pointers/offsets are wrong and need to be updated.

I've got a question. In the event of, say, an 'Error 132' in wow and it crashes giving the usual windows error box while freezing the game window, does big sister actually kill the wow.exe process and restart it?

In case of some very wierd problem where BigSister cant detect the status of the game (say some unknown error or else), Bigsister will restart the game if 5 minutes are past without her knowing the status of the game. Also, if for any reason she stops beeing able to reading the game memory (wow crashed or exited) she will also restart. If bigsister detects that your character is not ingame she will restart, she will however properly detect if you are loading something (ie, entering BG) and will wait in that event, if loading takes too long she will also restart.

I hope all of this rules shall be enough to make bigsister able to handle any situation she comes up with... but time will tell.

All of those rules can make bigsister detect an unknown event and restart everything when she shouldnt, those situations should be reported so that i can teach bigsister how to behave in that event (an old bug was when she didnt know that it could be possible to go from in-game to loading, so each time she detected that she thought game had crashed and restarted, so she restarted each time you entered a BG).

Thanks MrBig, I appreciate your reply :) I'm thoroughly looking forward to your next release to try it out.

When it restarts though, does it kill the previous process, so the non-working/132'd copy isn't still hogging memory in the background?

Yes, the restarting process takes the following steps: if process is running kill it, open a new process, wait for it to be ready for input, use it.

MrBig - First, thank you kindly for creating what looks to be something that will be a big help to me, and the community on the whole. May I just humbly recommend you update the first post to let people know that it's currently not working with the latest version of HB? I ask this, because I spent about 10 minutes putzing around, getting crashes, etc. before I started reading from the last page back. Just would like to give others the ability to avoid doing the same thing. Thanks so much.
