hopefully you'll get it back, it seems like normal people can trip their automatic detection stuff so they don't really care that much about people who are caught in them, unless it happens over and over again.
Update: was a 72h ban from forums comments, I made a really nice appeal using a touch of social engineering... I think I can win. I was basically shoving in peoples faces that the systems used to beat bots will be easily defeated or overcome (they keep talking about Captcha), I actually worded it to make sure that If I did get a ban that I could get out of it (I basically admitted that I was botting but worded in such a way that I was covered, I think I was bored). This had nothing to do with in-game reports.

Let this be a lesson to anyone admitting publicly on Blizzard's forums to botting - DON'T DO IT! Basically a 72h ban is simply a slap on the wrist - just be more careful next time.
logged back in and still have my gear, gold, and money gotten from AH, obviously I was in a wave since no GM even looked at me that's for sure.
