having the same issue.. was running the bot and my power went off and on and when i reloaded everything i get the authen failed max sessions

thanks for the quick responses, i have done as said however my login info doesn't seem to work anymore and when i try to reset my password also doesn't work.
im afraid i either haven't got a key,( started using hb 2 years ago) or by my own fault have deleted the email.
im guessing it has somthing to do with this http://www.thebuddyforum.com/buddy-bots/announcements/83528-important-notice-security-breach.html , but which email address did i use to register with hb >.<? anyway could i be told which email i registered with so i can log onto it, only info i really have at the moment is my old username and pass. - i can see how this looks bad but at the time i had several emails and i cant remember 1/2 of them.
you don't have a transaction id of any kind? maybe if you checked out with paypal you could look into your history and find it?
I cannot login to my bot either, have tried different stuff for 3 days now and nothing seems to work. I still get the "Authentication Failed" when i try to login. -Reinstalled the bot didnt work! -Went to the buddyauth and subscribed my key, didnt work! What the h*ll am i suppost to do now? Please help me!

add exceptions on your firewall and your antivirus for Hb and also make sure port 5031 is open (router)
I have checked the ports! And the strangest thing is that tje bot worked some weeks ago. Then it just stopped and i couldnt get it working! I asked my friend and he has never had this problem!
