Page i asked said they would sell me a key for 7k gold. just wondering what i should do to Keep my Farming Account Safe.
You might get banned quite soon after trading gold. Never trust a gold Reselling company, their accounts gets flagged pretty fast, and so does the accounts that gets in contact with them. Don't get hasty and wait till you've made the account's worth of gold, then even if you got banned, you lost nothing but time But, if you "Really" need the money..i'd suggest selling to a private client..pretty low chance of getting banned since you will do it only once.
you should bot another char on a second account and bot there ^^ never with your Main - NEVER! Or already say goodbye ;-)
OH thanks for the warning. I tried HB using my main account though for around 3 hours. So far I really love it! Now I'm off to get a second account to bot with
Yea i use my main. But thats only because i dont really play wow. Just got into it for the purpose of selling gold. But i am working on a second account now to be my bot account. And just use the first guy i made to 80 to be my main account. and play him and get him all good sorts of gear
Are you saying that it is better to sell gold at a huge stock (lets say more than 40k gold) using your vanilla account than to trade around 12k gold (which i suppose common players do once in a while buying primordial saronite, mechano hog, etc.) per trade? I'm just guessing that in blizzard's point of view, people trading 12k is quite normal as opposed to a 40k+ gold trade per transaction. Therefore, I'm guessing that a lower amount of gold transaction per trade would be safer for your account. This is just my guess but what can you say from your personal experience? Cheers!
The highest amount of gold I will trade face to face is 14k The simple reason for this is the most expensive item that is commonly traded is a mechano hog.. And it costs ATLEAST 12.5k so anything around that amount shouldn't raise a flag. Although I have had 1 Vanilla account ban for economy exploitation while trading 16k face to face (bad idea) I prefer depositing gold in a guild bank and deleting the bank toon. Regardless of the method your less likely to get flagged for trading smaller amounts vs larger ones. But if your selling to a gold site that is doing A LOT of business that day on a lot of servers with the same vanilla account, chances are they are doing business with people who have been doing buisness with OTHER gold sites aswell. Case and point, say I have 14k on Server A and 14k on Server B. Gold Site 1 wants my gold on Server A at $3.5/k but has no demand on Server B Gold Site 2 will pay me $2.1/k for my gold on Server B So I first sell Server A's gold to Gold Site 1 and then Server B's to Gold Site 2. Say then that Gold Site 2 (the cheap bastards) has bought a lot of gold that day and their vanilla account gets flagged. All of the clients who sold to Gold Site 2 are ban and potentially (because you sold to more than one site) Gold Site A and all of their seller's vanilla accounts could be ban as well. So what I guess I'm really trying to say is that regardless of the safeguards you try to place, just be smart when selling gold and don't sell large amounts at once unless you want to raise the risk of being ban.
Lol trading to Vannilas and lvl 1s trading huge amounts of money to other lvl 1s is just asking for a ban. Use your DK toon and be safe, no bans yet on any accounts and done transactions only with Chinese Resellers or customers, don't get paranoid. Chances are if you do from a recommended gold reseller your account isn't going to get banned.
The shear volume of theories on how to safely trade with china so they can trade back with us makes me LOL. All I know is that every toon i've ever used to sell to a Gold site "recommended or not" has been banned
