      hello, when im trying to logg in to my bott it loads then it says honorbuddy has encountered a problem we are sorry for the inconvenience. then i can press send error report or don't send. whats wrong?

      I'm trying to help him over teamviewer and i'd like to add that the message he gets is "http-status 503: Service unavailable".

      Found this info on the web:

      Obtain an IP address from the IP name of the site (the site URL without the leading 'http://'). This lookup (conversion of IP name to IP address) is provided by domain name servers (DNSs).

      • Open an IP socket connection to that IP address.
      • Write an HTTP data stream through that socket.
      • Receive an HTTP data stream back from the Web server in response. This data stream contains status codes


      whose values are determined by the HTTP protocol. Parse this data stream for status codes and other useful information.

      Unfortunely i don't know much about IPs and domains.

      Has the bot worked for him previously? or is this a first time setup?

      I know you may be well past this however when I encounter an error while using HB I also have an option to ignore and continue. That works for me.
