      Disregard this post! It is not working. Who knows what happened.



      I am having a serious issue connecting to the auth. server. I keep getting the "You are not authorized to connect to this server." error.

      I've checked my account and I have access for likely the next 9 years considering my main account is a lifetime account.

      Also, I've checked everything, from the username to the PW. Still a no go.

      Are you having issues with this server? Please update when you have time.

      Do not enter username and password.
      Enter the key in the username field and leave the password field blank.

      Same message for me. Password field is blank and the Key is copied straight from my Shop-Account
      I get the meessage no matter what I enter into the username fleild.( entering lololol still gives the message for example)

      SAME FOR ME AND I DONT HAVE A KEY I USE ONLY A OLD SCHOOL LOGIN. "INVALID PRODUCT KEY" "You are not authorized to connect to this server."

      Some of us are only accounts and can't use keys to log in.

      look up top, there an icon with "YOUR KEYS"
      i login from there and there are a key for me (i am using old school login as well)

      I was able to get in. Looks like its just server issues, should be resolved soon.

      Same here. I bought HB lifetime account long time ago, so I normally use shop login and pw. but I get ""INVALID PRODUCT KEY" "You are not authorized to connect to this server."

      same problem with me. old school user name and password doesnt work along with another key i have.

      ""INVALID PRODUCT KEY" "You are not authorized to connect to this server." is the error im getting
