      I didn't receive a key code, and I've had the lifetime HB for a while now, I have checked my email and looked on buddyauth but nothing is there, Help plz?

      I as well did not receive a key code, is there an option to resend or view my ID on my account? Cheers

      when you registered on BuddyAuth did you do it with the same e-mail you used during checkout? that would of been the one we had on file and where we e-mailed your new key to, as well as linked the key to in the buddyauth system.

      for those that are already registered on auth portal (using the same email they used in checkout page) and they cant see their key
      send us an email including all the available info at support@thebuddyforum.com

      well, i had to change my email on my accnt, because i couldnt remember my info for my last email and that is probably why i didnt get a auth code :\ but is there a way i can get a diff code?

      Tony, I emailed that yesterday and got a very unhelpful answer. Some people are getting flat out rude, borderline abusive emails. I wouldn't keep handing out that email unless it really is going to be helpful back to customers.

      still no progress, i sent all info to the support email, and 1 reply nothing helpful yet.

      After emailing i received an unhelpful email back saying that my username was never mine "Sash username was never yours......".
      So I don't know what the problem is, whether my email is incorrect (my email on this account is the same as the one i mailed from) or there is another issue?
      Regardless i sent a reply with possible emails it could have been originally created with - as well as, a purchase transaction ID from a few years ago when i originally purchased honorbuddy.
      Two and a half days of no reply (know they're swamped and 96 hours is expected reply rate), i'm not unhappy or anything with any facet of honorbuddy; just wish the email they replied with was more constructive to solving my problem and that there was a way you could view your honorbuddy login key from the honorbuddy website.

      For the shop users you have to email the original shop username you used.
      It is the same login as here Bossland GmbH
      Make sure you send that username and the transaction ID again
