  • Several Issues with HB

      Ok well, I bought the one day pass for HB as I want to see how good it is before I buy the full version.

      But I've had use's from:

      No Data No data for HawaiiMainLand.

      Starting the bot, it casting Horn of winter

      Starting the bot, it casting mount and going no where.

      When i use BGBuddy, It ques, it joins and then doesn't move.


      I've only had one good maybe 30 min? session where it did work, but then went to the "No Data No data for HawaiiMainLand"

      I've attached all the logs as I don't know which will show what errors.
      I have also deleted and redownloaded HB so not all logs are still here.

      Ive forwarded my 5031 port.
      Deleted the Mesh's
      Tried many different profiles.

      To get it working for the little sessions I had I used - [Tutorial] Beginners Honorbuddy + More

      From what I saw I think I would like to buy HB, but I need to make sure I'm not going to have all these issues first, else it would be a waste of money.

      add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus for Hb


      also make sure port 5031 is open

      Both already done.

      Just tested BGBuddy again, joins me and nothing after.

      No data for NetherstormBG_28_27.etm

      Is the current fault in Eye of the storm.

      clear your mesh folder

      Had done that the last time I had the error ( after the short amount of time it had worked.)
      And it is still empty.

      Mesh's dont seem to be downloading?

      Also cleared my wtf and cache folders in wow.

      Have done that twice.
      Think it is worth trying again?

      Also not running any addons.

      I'm not at all an expert on programs.

      But to me, the issues seems to be HB connecting to the servers to download Mesh's?
      Grind and BGbuddy aren't working.

      Questing did work, until I walked to a 'New map' part where again it didn't download the mesh.

      When I start the Bot it Uses horn and mounts, but its like it then has no where to go.

      My ports are open, Microsoft essentials has it and the ignore list.
      Wow and been cleared.

      Could it have anything to do with where I live?
      South Africa?
      My Wow latency is 220ms on average.

      How can I get the bot working?

      Could I somehow get the Mesh's some other way

      ( I don't know anyone else using HB)

      No Normal line cabled.

      I do everything on this without issue.

      Started it up on another Pc, still not loading Mesh,

      Cant I download the Mesh some otherway?

      I understand this is an odd issue to try and fix.

      But I only have a few hours left on my day pass, and if I can get it working 100% ill want to buy the full session.

      But if I don't, I don't see the point.

      I think my problem can be narrowed down to the Mesh not downloading.
      Bot just doesn't have the mapping of where to go.
      The reasons behind it not downloading boggles me as I have tried 2 different pc's with different firewalls, unblocking it on both and still no luck,
      Perhaps if your server is overloaded it maybe filters out someone who lives so far? ( South Africa )

      But if there is another way to get all the Mesh, I think the bot would work fine.

      But I'd really like to try that before my day pass runs out.

      What folder did you tell hb to use as your mesh folder. I have a folder called HonorbuddyMeshes in my appdata but I also created a mesh folder and told honorbuddy where it was in settings & tools on the bot window

      also changed mine to a folder where I have my HB, no difference

      Yes, ofcourse.

      Sadly out of my one day now so not able to try any more.

      Quite sad as I really wanted to get this product working

      you could send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com with your key, they should be able to offer you an extension while we try and troubleshoot these issues for you.
      but that's completely up to you.
