Thank you, Thank is very much appreciated. Seems such an odd issue. Ive tried a different router, realm. I am fresh out of Ideas now :/
like i said send them an e-mail, and when you get the extension, bump the thread or make a new one and we can try some more stuff.
Email sent. Would it help to try an older version of HB see if it downloads the Mesh? Or as I suggested before can I download the Mesh some other way? or perhaps a teamviewer? I honestly can't see how it is happening, would your server have any restrictions to certain countries? Up for any Idea's Thanks again, Do think that there is great customer support here.
you always wanna be running the latest version of honorbuddy. our servers shouldnt be blocking your county, if that where the case we'd have even more reports of this happening. would it be possible to ether try another pc, or another internet connection just to rule ether or those out?
We don't have the biggest wow base. So I might be your first customer But I have tried a different pc, And different router, But the same ADSL account, I could email my ISP and see if they can tell me anything.
this is from our wiki about network issues so try this. In the event that you have decided that the issue is network connectivity related, and are ready to create a support thread about the issue. The following information is required when doing so, in order for us to properly diagnose the problem. Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter) Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all. Code: pathping auth3.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiagAuth3.txt pathping auth2.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiagAuth2.txt pathping buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiagAuth1.txt Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.
So, for some reason when i try to add the PathPingDiag file, it says invalid file. Even if I WinRaR it. So I hope the pictures suffice? Let me know if you need further details.
I took it straight from the site, so I think I did it right? I am also talking to my ISP as well, will let you know if anything comes right.
There is nothing wrong with the product, it was simply downloading meshes for the first time as a new user. It will sit there and do nothing during this time. Give it a few ~5 minutes to get everything ready to go and it will begin.
no, like i said i edited the thing, it should work this time Code: pathping auth3.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiagAuth3.txt pathping auth2.buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiagAuth2.txt pathping buddyauth.com > C:\PathPingDiagAuth1.txt
rbx-g2-a9.fr.eu is part of the Roubaix router cluster in Northern France, it's the main link the EU has to the rest of the world (of the internet). The entire router base has been under attack for weeks now... I wish I could tell you that an anti virus could fix it... It's a massive DDoS attack on the EU. Getting a connection is still possible, it just might take a few tries. Point is... HB reconnects to home servers every so often, and when it can't get that connection, then you're booted out. but that failure of connection has nothing to do with HB or you or WoW... It's Roubaix sensing you trying to make the same connection too often, and shutting it down. -sk
@CodenameG How long after emailing the support would the key get extended? I'm guessing my best bet is to keep trying? @Skander I know you said this has been happening a while, is there anyway I can monitor when it slows down?
