Can't use BW, and only had it a week. Is there a way to swap it for a HB account?

Tony, I sent a PM about this but figured I'd try here. At first I had problems getting BW to work, now I just can't run my game and BW at the same time. I have an older computer and it will not let me set priorities to the Cores, which is one solution I've seen to help streamline game play. I've only had BW for about a week, and I'm wondering if I can swap it for an HB account instead, the 1 user license elite package. If so please let me know what I can do, and how to do it. I can send you the key that I have for BW so that the account can be disabled, if that is what is needed.
I've used honorbuddy before and know I don't have any problems with it, because a friend has the 3 user license account and let me try it. I like it, and I would rather do a swap than a refund.
Please let me know if this is possible.

its not impossible, just send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com

let them know what you want to do and include your key, and they should be able to help you out, or give you your options.

How long does it take to reply to an email? I sent them an email the day or day after you posted I should do so, and still haven't heard anything back about this.
