You don't get Chi through auto-attacks. I think Jab is the only melee attack that build Chi and one that is guaranteed to get one besides expel harm(cheaper but on 15s cd).
I've recently updated the way TFT is being used. Please update. Nice find - fixed. Make sure when you close the settings window you do not click the "X" at the top right. If you do this - the settings will revert back. I just released Rev15 onto the SVN. I ran two bg's before releasing it - had no issues - and was #1 healing in both by atleast 8mil. I was using lazy raider. Settings will be posted soon.
25m settings varies on the fight - look through the thread I have posted my general settings a few times. "Heal OOC" is Heal Out of Combat. This setting is ignored in BGBuddy (but not LazyRaider if in BattleGrounds). If this isn't checked and you are in a BG, not using BGBuddy - expect spotty healing, and overall suckyness. Just pushed some more bug fixes/improved healing chi dump logic.
Not a big fan of the new single/aoe dps logic. But in 5.1 it should be fine.. so lets hope it for this week. ^_^.
Well first is the priority on rising kick should be highest of all ability. The only reason 3palms first would be better would be on a long fight and you never ever drop your stacks(even with the bot doing the rotation palm can drop if you have to move). Same issue for aoe it takes too long to ramp up for aoeing. IMO aoe should be like this SCK, SCK, RSK, SCK, PALM (if no stacks) , SCK. TLDR ramping palm is retarded and 5.1 will fix it.
Yes 5.1 will stop the Palm stacking issue - I've put this into account - however SCK is more powerful with 3x Palm atm. With the latest revision SCK will work if it has the number of targets in settings and 3x palm or 0 palm and 2x number of targets in settings. I got the chance to actually raid tonight as WW (only have had the rare chance in LFR prior). Before now - it was mostly target dummy testing - and I've noticed a lot of issues that didn't come up before. I've done a lot of work and will be releasing partial 'newnew' within an hour.
The new 'newnew-partial' windwalker update has been applied. I need major feedback on how it works (good or bad).
CrazyJosh, i notised a few issues with windwalker to the last to day, ill wont dive in the specifics now sinds you done an update, so i try to do a full report tonight when i get back from work few quick ones that bothered me most though, so you can look in to it: PVE, it does not interrupt anymore, with revision 6 it interrupted like a mofo, rev14 nada, must do it myself if i get the chance PVE, SCK its to slow to start with it, sometimes it does not use it at all, regardles of the settings, even not with 8+ mobs arround, in the brewery where there is plenty large mobs i must start SCK myself, only then the CR takes over, again with rev6 this was no problem and AOE damage was way higher PVE, does not attack the weak spot from that large boss, wats his name there are other things but, i know you expained some mecanics allready, and you updated sinds so i try again tonight and give a full report i like the latest revision though, rev6 did not work in firelands for example, rev14 does and got me my firelands title keep it up
For real,it is not interrupting with current update,not using rising sun kick,not using jab as chi builder unless i check it on mistweaver section (im a windwalker spec).Can you please do some research what is happening .
hehe thanks for your advice. sorry for stupid questions, i know you must feel like "meh this noob is fucking up my cc" haha. i was so eager to test the new "fistweaving" method and was fooling around to get a feeling how to use that setting. so fistweaving is only for situations where you need a lot of healing?
