Anyone knows the difference? I just transformed it from personal to premium, without knowing i will have some extra fees. Is this true ?

The best way to do this is to have 2 paypal accounts.
One Personal for gold selling to people that have paypal
One Premium for gold selling to people who don't have paypal and want to use their cc/debit.

When you sell $25,000 a year in Gold it does matter.
