Im Sorry But I Need To Say It...

Honorbuddy was fantastic during cataclysm and every bot worked flawlessly. There were updates periodically and honorbuddy never ran un-smoothly for more than 1 day. Okay, now my rant. When I first purchased MoP I was excited to see the new features that honorbuddy was going to offer, however honorbuddy was broken at launch. Now I can totally understand how it takes time for the bot to get running again after a new update. However, we are close to 3 months after launch and there are still a lot of problems with the bot. Dungeonbuddy doesnt support mop dungeons, pvp runs the same routes, questing is even close to as afk it was during cata, and many more. Now, if you are going to charge use money to use your product, i do expect it to work to all the capablities you claimed to offer before i purchased it. Theres not enough support, theres like 3 moderators i see commenting on the forums, thats it.

 

You are aware of the fact that members of this community create the profiles for free?
If it doesn't work for you, create your own pvp and questing profile. A pvp profile isn't difficult to make.

I don't know about DungeonBuddy, if it doesn't work in Pandaria dungeons at all that's not great, but obviously they focus most on the most used bots - which I assume is GatherBuddy (which works perfectly fine). Both the PvP profiles and questing profiles work fine - if you can't appreciate the great work members have done, then make your own profiles.

You have made five threads, all of them about help - and in all of them you've received help, or atleast people who tried to help!
Not everyone have your problems. Don't make it look like the bot is bad because you're having trouble with it.

although PVP is being updated, it has taken a while... it's really really hard to find a trustworthy reverse engineer who specializes in hacks/bots (some even have moral objections when you even mention reverse engineering).. although some of their devs are back and are back to work.

I'd say there is about 5 reverse engineers in about 50,000 people on the forums.

 

You get what you pay for, 25$ for a lifetime bot with free upgrades is really too good to be true. I was paying 10$ a month for a bot that only did ah work and the other bots out there cant do half what honorbuddy can and they are more expensive. They have too many other bots to upgrade or produce and not enough devs, on top of that they are losing money fighting lawsuits. I just wish they would focus priority on their most popular product before moving onto other tasks. They have more then 3 forum moderators and i believe they all get paid to do it and that is more then enough when a nice FAQ page could easily do most of thier work in the first place. Hiring another dev would be more helpful.

 

THIS. 1000 times this. HB is incredible value... gatherbuddy works fine, quest bot works fine, those two ALONE are worth what I paid for this bot. AND it was a 1 time fee. AND free upgrades. Shyt son, go look at the alternatives.. they are 1 time fee PLUS an expensive subscription and don't work half as well. HB may have its issues but even WITH those issues it still blows the competition away. Gtfo.

 

I'm new here but have been using HB for about a month with no problems. For the price they charge, it's a steal. If you don't like it then move on

 

How's the quest bot treating ya. Personally, i keep running strait into mountains and other objects that make it pretty much useless.

Sorry, I'll explain myself.
If you're having problems with the quest bot, you can make a thread like everyone else. Don't just drop your half lie comment. But it's in the core to avoid running into mountains, and I really doubt that you "keep running strait into mountains". Where? How often? There's unstuck plugins, theres grinding profiles if the _free_ profiles from members of this communtiy made doesn't fit you.

 

Not to discount anything else you've said but the running straight into mountains thing is/was a known bug in various areas of Pandaland. Yes its in the core that it shouldn't run into mountains. It still did. Constantly. Continuously. Duplicatably. (is that a word?) Anyone following the issue knows that it was so rampant that you couldn't really post a where location because it was more places than it wasn't. I haven't tested it since .518 and I've read that raphus has done major work to the meshes and some people are starting to post thankyous or reports of improvements so I have high hopes. But this specific complaint was very founded in truth.

 

I leveled two characters (monitored) 1-90 the last two weeks and I haven't seen them getting stuck ever. Really.
But alright, fine.

 

Already have one toon at 50 and one at 40 - all done through HB!

 

I've been using HB off and on for 2 years. I just picked WoW back up and started my botting again tonight, and I all can say is WOW!!!!!!

I remember when you had to put spells on specific keys, and killing mobs was messy at best.... the bot now has amazing sustainability in combat, and so far the only problem I have faced is when it pulled a 4.2mil rare and didnt run out of the way of its aoe shit.... understandable

$25 for this is a steal no matter how you look at it, the community here is great.

Honestly, if you are going to complain about a program that is playing the game for you, and making it a lot easier to farm, etc.... maybe you just shouldnt play the game at all.

 

Wasn't it only GatherBuddy requiring you to put the spells on bars?

Ye GB1 used bar 3 i think it was. Had to put macros?n stuff. Remember first time i used it. Went to bed, next morning my GB was filled with ores and Herbs thought to myself. HOLY SMOLY MORE OF THIS YES... So ye 25 buckaroos aint nothing for this. And if so just farm some gold and ship it of to a china man and kapuntchel u got ut cash back

 

People just look for a reason to bitch about anything. 3 licenses were not enough for me so I had to buy 3 more. I'm also very thankful to all the people out there that write the cc's and I don't ever have a problem paying for private ones too.
